Introduction
I am just a regular guy that happens to be the owner and president of one of the best automotive training and consulting firms in the automotive industry, Dealer eTraining.  This company was built on my nine years experience of working in the automotive industry successfully as a sales and management executive.  My company specializes in automotive internet sales, bdc, and digital marketing training for dealerships.  When I am not working on Dealer eTraining, I am working side projects for my other business, Social Sher which involves online reputation management, search engine optimization, video search engine optimization, and social media for non automotive related businesses.  I am also the Vice President of Millennium Business Solutions, a 24-7 outsourced business solution for various industries.

When I am not busy doing business, I can be found spending time with friends or at home playing guitar.  I have an extensive guitar collection.  Music is my biggest hobby and I enjoy concerts as well.

I have known Mark for almost 3 years. We have collaborated on projects in the past. He helped me develop myself as a professional trainer and consultant. I still look up to him as one of many of my mentors. He is the best phone trainer that I have ever witnessed because he knows how to light up a room with his positive energy and engaging manner. He can relate to people and that is why I think he is great.

The food here is not good and over priced. I am unhappy that I just dropped $100 in this place. A real Italian restaurant serves bread with homemade olive oil not packs of butter. Beer glasses were dirty so we drank from bottles. The lamb chops are not seasoned properly and not cooked properly. The pasta sauce is clearly from a can and not cooked here. It was so bad that we avoided dessert.
