inding the extraordinary in the ordinary.....
When Scott and I were dating we would take long drives in the country talking, laughing, and enjoying one another. We are now enjoying the same tradition with our kids. If we see something interesting we stop. Today we found many many treasures just like we always do. You can't imagine what you will find out in the middle of nowhere!

I hope all of you had a great Christmas and are gearing up for a fantastic New Year! I'm pretty tired and need easy recipes leading up to New Years. Here's one of my all-time favorite easy go to recipes! It's full of flavor; the chicken is moist; and the fragrance of the gremolata is out of this world!! Hope you'll give it a try!

This is one of my go-to recipes for easy after holiday healthy cooking. Butterflying the chicken keeps it moist, the sausage adds tons of flavor and OH, the fragrance of the gremolata! What a treat!

My garden produced an abundance of jalapeño peppers this year soI've been using them in many many ways. One of my favorites recipes is red pepper jelly. I've loved receiving pepper jelly as gifts and now it's my turn to give! They are great for glazes, ham biscuits and thumbprint cookies (my weakness). Hope you enjoy the video!
