Do you Binge or Comfort Eat?  Unsure why?
http://staceyhancock.com/binge-eating-comfort-eating-free-video
If this habit is causing you guilt or upset I invite you to view this free video series where I walk you through:

1) The 4 Main Reasons we Binge or Emotionally Eat and why just seeing a counsellor or Nutritionist isn't going to necessarily fix YOUR trigger/s.

2) The 5 Factors that make it difficult to end the cycle.  It's got nothing to do with your Willpower and trying harder will just make things worse.

3) The 8-Step Process that I use with clients to free them their Dysfunctional Eating (spoiler alert - it also changes other areas of their lives)

Click the link to get your videos sent to you. (and of course - sharing is caring, if you have a friend who is at their wits end, please let them know)

Stressed, Emotional? Unhappy with life?
I've created a FREE 2 week mini-course just for you. Click this link and pop your details in to have it sent to you.
http://staceyhancock.com/journal-your-way-to-health-stress-less

We all know by now that too much stress isn't good for us right? And most of us know someone (maybe ourselves) who emotionally eats and struggles with their relationship with food. Cortisol, our stress hormone is actually one of our eating triggers - particularly for carbs and sugars.

Journaling allows us to become more mindful and present and this has been shown to lower stress hormones and promote more calm feelings. Journaling also assists us in so many other areas of life also.

I hope you enjoy this free 2 mini-course! Click this link to enter your details for the download http://staceyhancock.com/journal-your-way-to-health-stress-less
