Stylish hotel in a perfect location. All staff very attentive and courteous probably An added bonus for my partner was that the staff looked like they came off the catwalk!!

Gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff and service. Always available. Always knowledgeable, always helpful ad informed. Peaceful setting. Ridiculously comfortable bed. And even if this hotel wasn't the gem that it is, the location rocks and that would be reason enough to book.Everything else is bravissima, bravissimo extraodinaire.

I can't say enough bad things about my experience at this hotel. This hotel is going for minimalist, but it is just shoddy handiwork. Were they in a hurry to build? From a bright light that doesn't turn off on the back of the TV in your room when you're trying to sleep, to charging £10 for one day of Wi-Fi, to a soaking wet carpet that has thankfully been cleaned but not dried? There was a problem with my credit card at check-in so they had to charge my debit card, the receptionist passed me on to her manager who was extremely rude and charged an extra £200 just for the sake of using a debit card! And after all that, the £800 wasted on an average room didn't even include breakfast, which was £15 for a couple of pieces of toast and two eggs. Pretentious, rude and a total rip off.

Fantastic hotel within the Morgans Hotel Group, with excellent rooms, service and access to get anywhere in the West End/Covent Garden quickly. The boutique toiletry products are also a welcome plus to these spare, modern rooms

Great stay, the room we wanted was not available (private patio) but the service was excellent and we got upgraded to a better room. Food was good and the location is excellent (10 minute walk to oxford street) and 4 underground stops from Kings cross

They've charged me for the things from the minibar which I didn't use. Definitely they shouldn't do the things like that. The money were refunded but it shouldn't have happened.

i've been a huge ian schrager fan for a while and have always wanted to stay at st. martin's lane and finally got the chance to on my last trip to london - and i was not disappointed. for a schrager hotel, the rooms were surprisingly larger than i expected but still small but regular hotel standards. for me the rooms are the right level of minimalist and smart. the wall hooks in the hallway, the space under the bed, the cubbies in the closet and the wonderful sink basin all lead to an easy urban living experience. in addition, the restaurant below, Aisa De Cuba is very good and the overall location of the hotel is excellent - close to many shops, cafes and boutiques.
