An effortlessly cool hotel, with a funk bar and very chique interior. Rooms are modern and well furnished and the location can't be beaten. Only issue I had was the bins outside the room on the street were emptied very early in the morning - not the hotels fault really, but perhaps a room request might keep you away from this. Otherwise highly recommended.

Totally amazing hotel with the most amazing staff. Everyone was attentive and could not of been more helpful. You can see why these guys set themselves apart from other hotels as they have the look, the feeling and the Customet service. Thank you everyone for an anniversary experience and memory to remember

Gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff and service. Always available. Always knowledgeable, always helpful ad informed. Peaceful setting. Ridiculously comfortable bed. And even if this hotel wasn't the gem that it is, the location rocks and that would be reason enough to book.Everything else is bravissima, bravissimo extraodinaire.

Great hotel and great location! The service was great and the facilities are very modern and clean! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and bath were nice as well. It was a bit pricey and the breakfast is a bit underwhelming for how much you pay. Overall, it was a quite a pleasant hotel!

Rooms are OK. Kept waiting for a few hours at check in. Penthouse is equivalent to standard doubles I have stayed in with other chains. Nothing special but you could do a lot worse :)

Great stay, the room we wanted was not available (private patio) but the service was excellent and we got upgraded to a better room. Food was good and the location is excellent (10 minute walk to oxford street) and 4 underground stops from Kings cross

I can't say enough bad things about my experience at this hotel. This hotel is going for minimalist, but it is just shoddy handiwork. Were they in a hurry to build? From a bright light that doesn't turn off on the back of the TV in your room when you're trying to sleep, to charging £10 for one day of Wi-Fi, to a soaking wet carpet that has thankfully been cleaned but not dried? There was a problem with my credit card at check-in so they had to charge my debit card, the receptionist passed me on to her manager who was extremely rude and charged an extra £200 just for the sake of using a debit card! And after all that, the £800 wasted on an average room didn't even include breakfast, which was £15 for a couple of pieces of toast and two eggs. Pretentious, rude and a total rip off.
