Great hotel. Lobby is gorgeous. Light show every hour. Free cookies. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We did have to call down to the front desk more than once if we needed something like a pack and play but overall very nice stay! Parking is about $25/day which I believe is pretty standard for that area.

We were at the Union Station in May with a conference. The best part of our stay was the beautiful lobby, and the light show of which we would look forward to every evening. We made our plans to come back in Dec. to bring our grandson for the same experience, and the Polar Express. We were so disappointed that the lobby was completely blocked off for a wedding reception. I realize that this brings revenue/money to your hotel, but that leaves no consideration for your hotel guest. We have been to other hotels Peabody, Memphis, TN., Opryland hotel, Nashville., and if they were to do the same it would take away from what they represent. As if the lobby experience was not enough, when we wanted to have breakfast in the restaurant the next morning it too was being used for an event. If you want to be in the event business, perhaps you should create a place just for that purpose. This lets me know that it's only based on the dollar, and not customer appreciation. We will be back next year for the Polar Express, but will find another hotel that welcomes our patronage.

I was satisfied with the stay. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful architecture in hotel. Room was clean and well accommodated. They had a light show in the lobby area that was very nice that reflects on the ceiling that we enjoyed very much. Had very good meal at the hotel restaurant. The meal was affordable and well portioned. Would stay there again. Price was comparable to those hotels nearby. Wouldn't mind staying there again in the future. Only thing that was bothersome was construction on sidewalk and outside building.

Expansive, and large hotel. Hotel staff was awesome and helpful. The light show in the hotel lobby was thoroughly enjoyable. The mall in the back of the hotel was still under construction and off limits at this time, but when it is open it will be amazing. Rooms were nice - clean and tidy.

They are stepping it up here, but you're really not getting your money's worth if you're staying here for pleasure. Union Station is all but dead, a couple of larger restaurants left, but not enough to make it great. Too much construction and not enough pedestrian throughways. PARKING IS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE and higher than most hotels in the area. Rooms are nice and comfortable, but could use a microwave. The prox card keys are apparently problematic quite often.

Super nice and hospital by the staff. Fairly close to alot areas in downtown and the arc. Rooms clean and comfortable. Under a little bit of construction at the moment but you can tell it's going to be nice once everything should set.

We enjoy the Science Center. Something for all ages and interests. The charging station for our electric car is greatly appreciated as well. Great place to take kids.
