Toothpick is a scope tree based Dependency Injection (DI) library for Java, focused on Android.

It is a full-featured, runtime based, but reflection free, implementation of JSR 330.

Simpler than the daggers, but as efficient for Android apps, with some awesome features. For instance, it lets you create MVP apps very easily...

Hi Android Devs !

It is a great pleasure to announce that Dart release 2.0.0 !
https://github.com/f2prateek/dart/

Great job +Prateek Srivastava +Dani Lemures +John Ericksen

Dart let’s you annotate activity fields with @InjectExtra and an annotation processor will map them to values from the intent’s bundle (or any other bundle).

Dart 2 features :
* Henson a new annotation processor that generates a small DSL to build intents
* Automatically wraps / unwraps parcelables
* Full support for Parceler (optional)
* Better testing
* Better integration with android builds

Dart 2 has been designed and developed thanks to Groupon and it’s Android dev team.

Hi, I am an Android dev and I have been working on DI frameworks, reflection, annotation processing and related topics.

During my latest project (RNR on github) I have found a way to unify reflection and annotation processing. I don't think Java can switch to this model, but I was thinking that it could maybe interest the Kotlin community. If reflection performances could match the performances of annotation processing generated code in Kotlin, no doubt it could help it to become the next Android language.

Is there anyone is the community that would like to talk about this approach ?

Thx all for Kotlin, I didn't give it a try yet, though I follow the language evolution, but it definitely looks interesting.
