I think I'm FINALLY going to jump on the +Sprint

) sucks bandwagon. I called BEFORE upgrading to this phone:
"Can/will you guys unlock my current phone"
"What type of phone is it?"
"Samsung Galaxy S4"
"We can unlock it, but AFTER you upgrade"
"Are you sure?"
"Yep, I'll go ahead put a note on your account, is there anything else I can do for you?"
Call back after upgrade and.....
"Sorry dude, we only unlock iPhones right now but here's this code that might work if you pay an independent 3rd party. Is there anything else I can do for you"
"No! You've already done enough to ruin my day"
It does not end there, I WISH IT DID! I got 'upgraded' to this ridiculous lease plan and was DEFINITELY NOT told that it is ineligible for a corporate discount. So I'm twice as mad! I was totally prepared to plunk down hard earned cash and do a regular 2-year renewal.
"Oh no, this is better"
Was not told that I was 'leasing' a phone like some crackhead!
