UPDATE Springfield Acura reads reviews! Great news and quick turnaround finally! Got a call the next day after the review, bright and early, from the Service Manager and everything is taken care of now. Might just have to reconsider keeping Springfield Acura as my regular Acura dealer. --------------------- Save yourself time and pain dealing with these people and go anywhere else. I purchased my car at Springfield Acura almost 4 years ago, wend to this dealership for regular service regularly and all seemed nice and cool, until it came to actual customer service. Got a recall notice for the airbag in April, went in with regular service and was told they will order the airbag and it should be available in June as they are backordered, so fine I thought nothing of it and waited patiently until mid June... no-one called. I called myself, spoke to the service coordinator Megan and she said they will order the part...which they were supposed to order already... hmmm... A month later, mid July, and no calls from the dealer... I call back, leave messages as no-one seem to be available all of a sudden... no call back... nothing... Called the Acura Customer Care and was told that the part was only ordered on July 15th... No calls from the dealer to this day an no-one is returning calls... Stay away for your own sake.

We bought our 2016 MDX from the Acura dealership in Springfield. It was great experience. The sales consultant Andrei Borcan was outstanding. He is a real testimony of how a customer service should be. Me and my wife visited the showroom. Anderi, took time and patiently explained all possible options (Different trims of Certified, 2016 and 2017 MDX and their differences) for us. He was not hard selling and gave enough space for us to take a decision. Once we decided, he was super helpful with financing and accessories. I was able to get everything I wanted. He made this as the best car shopping experience . Thank you so much Andrei! I highly recommend Anderi Borcan and Springfield Acura

Great experience, Great Customer Service--Must see Josh!!!! He was super helpful and I was able to get everything I wanted. He made this the best car shopping experience ever!!!! Highly recommended---will be back for sure!!

The Acura dealership in Springfield is awesome. I've been coming here for years leasing a new vehicle every three years and this time around has been the best experience for me. All of the workers here were very nice and respectful to me and the manager Gregory was outstanding. He made sure I was able to jump into the new 2016 MDX without any problems. I went with my husband to Springfield Acura to buy our 2016 MDX . Andrei Borcan was helping us. He was very professional and we are incredibly pleased with his help. He helped us with our needs in such a timely fashion. He was willing to do everything he can during the negotiations and accessories. Andrei, I must first say, your customer service on our car purchase was simply outstanding. I highly recommend Springfield Acura and Andri Borcan.

My friend referred our family to see josh Gianas at Springfield acura. What a guy!! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. My husband told me he will no longer buy bmw's for the sole reason of how smooth and easy this was with josh. Everyone should ask for josh Gianas. Thanks again josh!
