Disappointed with my experience so far. Been waiting over a month and no updates. Finally, when I called they told my blue rims take time and it would be another 2-3 weeks. Well, we are on the third week...and nothing. I wish I had read the reviews and just purchased some place else. I hope others will be smart enough to do what I failed to.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered an Arm Chair from Wayfair which I scheduled for delivery on March 25, 2015. My delivery window was between 1-5 PM. The driver called me at 3:50 PM and said it would be 45 minutes before he arrived. At 5 PM when the driver was a no show, I called him back and he said it would 20 more minutes. I had a meeting across town at 5:30 and told the driver I could not wait any further, and that I would reschedule my delivery for another day. I called Josh shortly after and told him that the delivery driver did not meet the delivery window, and I wanted to reschedule. Josh said he would call me back once he takes a look at the schedule, but he never did. On March 26th I was notified by Wayfair that my chair was delivered. I contacted Josh at Rightaway who agreed to do some checking to verify the status of the delivery. I then called the delivery driver to confirm whether of not he delivered my chair. He did! Even after I explicitly asked him not to do so. He never even bothered to call to tell me that he delivered my chair. He delivered it to second residency, which meant that my arm chair was outside all night and most of the day while my neighbors came and went. I live in an upscale condominium, you can't just have large boxes sitting outside for hours on end, much less overnight. From now on I will verify which shipping service is being used for my orders. I will never use Rightaway again. I plan to contact the head of their corporate office to document my situation, as well as Wayfair and BBB.
