#MentalIllness , aside from being a taboo conversation topic, in an oft-misunderstood reality for one in four American adults.

After being diagnosed with #depression , 20-year-old Bekah Miles chose to brand her #thigh  with the curly-scripted phrase "I'm fine." 
However, upon closer inspection, the tattoo reads "Save me."
