We've got a new look! It's now easier to see new beers and special releases on tap.

Food trucks: Thursday - Daily Grinders; Friday - Cruisine Cuisine; Saturday Habana To Go (12-3) & @PAOTruck (5-10); Sunday- Mixed Breed

Even though we love what we do, we need to take a day off too!

When you own a small, independent business, it can be difficult to separate personal and professional life, which often means it's impossible to get a day off. We think better with a clear head and a full day of rest, so we've decided to close the shop one day a week.

Starting in July, we will be closed on Mondays. Thank you so much for understanding, and for all of your continued support.

The Summer Art Market is tomorrow at noon in the biergarten! Come shop awesome art from 30 local artists.

Summer Art Market is just a week away & we're so excited! Amazing local art, delicious local food, rockin' local music, yummy local beer.

Join us for Big Brew Day on Saturday, May 3rd!
Local homebrewers are invited to join us for a big brew day in the biergarten.

So far, we have members of Bay Area Barley's Angels, Tampa Bay B.E.E.R.S., and Special Hoperations confirmed to brew.

As usual, Southern will provide RO water, running water and electricity, but brewers must bring their own equipment, tables, and tents.

We will be offering a 10% discount on all ingredients for any beers brewed that day.

We will have Hot Box'd Steamed Cheeseburgers on site from 12p-3:30p, and Thai One On from 5-10p, so come hungry!

We will be joining in on the nation-wide toast at 1p EST (12p CDT).

Brewers must sign-up to reserve a spot in the biergarten.

Please contact Cindy at to secure your spot.

Family, friends, and curious strangers are welcome to come hang out in the biergarten and watch the brewing process.

The taproom will be open and beer will be flowing all day!

After the brewing ends, we'll continue the party in the taproom with a live set from local band Monarch.

Southern Brewing & Winemaking is hosting our first Summer #Art Market on Sunday, May 25, from 12-5p. The market will take place in the biergarten and adjacent lot.

The intent of this art market is to encourage local and independent #artists and craftsmen to showcase (and hopefully sell!) some of their work.

We are looking for artists and craftsmen of all trades, including painting, photography, jewelry, pottery, textiles, wood working, glass blowing, jams and jellies, produce, or anything else that is #local and independent!

There is a $25 vendor fee, and vendors must provide their own tables and tents. All artists will keep 100% of their proceeds. Vendor space is limited to 30 spots.

If you are interested in participating, please send pictures of 2-3 samples of your current work and a link to your website (if applicable) to Cindy at by no later than May 15th.

We will have local musicians playing during the event, and are looking for some local food vendors to set up as well.
