Had a tour scheduled in May. The trolley was broken so a bus was sent instead. Since the trolley was the main attraction for our group, we requested a refund and were told we would receive one. I have been calling monthly since and have not received a refund or call back. My card was charged in full and I am now disputing the charges with the credit card company instead. Terrible customer service.
Took this tour in Sept 2013 when we where there for our anniversary. Would highly recommend this tour but 4 wineries was too much we did not have enough time at some of them to really enjoy it. Our guide was friendly and personable and we had a fantastic time
