By the way, I discovered that in my house I'm not the only one who loves Kewpie #mayonnaise. My dog Chubby is the latest fan of #Kewpie mayo at the Pawell household.

The #homemade #croutons in my kale caesar #salad #recipe are the bomb. Take the extra 10 minutes to make these crunchy treats. My advice: make more than you need. When these croutons come out of the oven they disappear quickly. You want to make sure you have plenty for all of the taste testers in your home and still have some left for the salad! http://bit.ly/1N9rgoc

This was the first kale salad I published on Something New For Dinner, and for that matter one of my earliest recipes. This recipe has stood the test of time. It takes about 15 minutes to throw together, is made with healthy ingredients and is out-and-out delicious. http://bit.ly/1DL91jB

When you think of #Japanese #cuisine, #mayonnaise may be one of the last ingredients that comes to mind. But did you know Japanese take their mayonnaise very seriously? In fact, there is a Japanese nickname for people who really love mayonnaise. They are called "mayora."

It is wonderful when something incredibly #delicious is also seriously #healthy. This riff on a Caesar #salad is packed full of good-for-you ingredients. Kale, broccoli, tomatoes, lemon juice, raw garlic, olive oil and please don't say "yuck," anchovies. Read my #recipe to find out why these ingredients are so good for you and why even professed anchovy-haters love this salad. http://bit.ly/1zAE50w

This #salad is one of my very favorite ways to parlay #leftover #chicken into a second meal. Or to throw together with a little help from a store-bought roasted chicken. What takes this salad over the top are the salt and pepper candied walnuts. The salad has a great mix of salty, sweet, savory and crunch. http://bit.ly/1F1YSid
