A terrible tragedy. One that could probably been avoided.

I've noticed a lot of posts linked back to one's blog or video. I, personally, don't mind this, but have a question for the moderator of this group: Where do you draw the line between a promotion and an allowed post? Thanks for your time.

March is over now. I wonder how many companies are kicking themselves for not taking the course when it was discounted? If you are not you should be. I have seen the course material, it goes into detail on brand image. If you want to be the first company on the minds of people in your local area you need a class like this.

"It strikes me that the persons or organizations paying for these fire-damage claims are willing to spend tens of thousands (or more) on questionable, risky contract responses, but they aren't willing to spend (much) less on assessments for worker and occupant safety and health."

"Since I started SOLUTIONS, we have worked with hypersensitive individuals who are truly suffering," says Jason Yost, founder of SOLUTIONS Indoor Environmental Consulting. "The questions and concerns that these people have are real and, in some cases, challenging - even for the most experienced adjuster or remediator.  This is usually because using normal remediation practices are not good enough to help these hypersensitive persons."  Have you had a job where you were trying to help a hypersensitive person?  What did you do differently?

Two of the world’s most destructive termite species are swarming South Florida, and the fact that they are mating has scientists sweating.

How many of you take a phased approach to fire-damage restoration that includes a biological-specific assessment of processes and environments?

Have you ever had a job where someone in the building was hypersensitive to something they expected you to remediate?  What did you do differently for them?

When a hypersensitive person is or is likely to occupy a space where a suspect, potential or known environmental stressor could cause them harm, do you know how to respond?
