Called in for email newsletter support. Spoke with Jeff Cluff. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Tech support calls are not something I usually enjoy, but this call was an exception. Great job!

DO NOT GET THIS! Awful product. They lock you into a contract and then overcharge your credit card. I was promised a month free and a $100 a month discount but they charged every month and never reduced the amount. After contacting them multiple times I got no response. Their software messed up our practice by confirming the wrong appointments and times and confused our patients. Again, no customer service help from "Solution" Reach. If I could give zero stars I would. Weave is much better!

I work for Dr. Jim G. Williams, DMD in Douglasville, Ga. Solutionreach has been one of the best additions to our practice. It has almost completely kept me from having to spend time calling anyone to remind them of their appointment the next day. We use it to remind patients to call us if they are not scheduled also. We send out holiday notices and newsletters to keep our patients knowledgeable about interesting things. The customer support is AWESOME! There is no other word for it. Solutionreach is an asset to our office for sure.

Jeff Cluff was very helpful in setting up our practice to use SolutionReach more effectively, giving our patients a better experience.
