BENEFITS OF COLLAGEN: BONE BROTH FOR JOINT AND SOFT TISSUE REPAIR

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body and is basically the 'glue' that holds us together. Although our body does naturally produce collagen, heavy exercisers and those suffering from arthritic issues or healing from soft tissue injuries, can potentially benefit from the use of supplemental collagen. One of the best (and least expensive) way to get a high dose of collagen is through the use of high quality bone broth!

For those looking to delve in a bit deeper, be sure to check out our blog post at:

RUNNING FASTER WITH FEWER INJURIES. It's a great time to be a runner because there is so much information out there. However, it's also a very confusing time to be a runner for the very same reason! At SoleFit, we see patients of all different activity levels including quite a few runners. We wanted to put this little video together to suggest a few 'broad stroke' things to consider when thinking about running technique.
