In this day and age, online reviews are powerful, and oftentimes the only means to provide direct feedback about a transaction to the business, as well as to broadcast for others their satisfaction or lack thereof. Car buying is a process we all have face from time to time. How arduous the endeavor will be depends on where you go. Take us for instance. We bought a Honda Odyssey earlier this year from a Toyota dealership in West Bend. Absolutely love the van, but it was a horrific buying experience. Needless to say, we will never go back there. Not even for our free oil changes. I hope others look elsewhere based on my description of our experience. So I found myself in the position to replace our other car eight months later. A quick online search found the Acura I wanted at Soerens. I’ll be honest, I’m not into Ford, but working with this dealership is top notch. It’s a comfortable environment. I wasn’t hawked when I pulled up. I drove there from Germantown, walked in, went to the closest salesperson, introduced myself, and said I was interested in the Acura they had. I was given the keys to take a test drive – solo, by the way, so I could actually drive the car. Loved it. Came back. Negotiations were quick and respectful. Don’t ever expect to be given everything you want right away, but Soerens didn’t jerk me around like other places would. These guys know cars too. The ins and outs, maybe not as much about Acura as about Ford, but enough to inform me about the car. They offer a dealership comprehensive warranty with used vehicles too. Limited or not, it’s better than driving off the lot without one. That is piece of mind in case anything happens. They stand behind what they sell. I brought it back for a minor issue with the brakes I noticed after two weeks. Their service department fixed it – no questions asked despite being a wear item – and apologized. They said their reputation is worth more than charging me. All of this is surprising to me after the Odyssey experience. Your mileage may vary from dealer to dealer, but we’d go back to Soerens anytime. My wife and I are glad that good customer service still exists.

In my search for a new car, I ran into very disparaging sales people not listening to what I was looking for. I sent out an email from the Ford website to various dealers and the first response was Adam Thiele at Soeren's Ford. I knew what I wanted (model and options) but just could not find the car on my own. Adam listened to everything I wanted and got my perfect car. Adam made the whole process less stressful than my previous dealings with other dealers. He was up front, did not try to pressure me into a car I did not want and followed through with everything he said he would. It was the best car buying experience I ever had! Thank you Adam!! Update December 2015 - Bought a second vehicle from Soerens, a used Nissan Pathfinder and it was a great experience and I am very happy with my purchase. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Soerens!!

I made an appointment last week for TODAY (10/20/15) I told them what was wrong last week (G.E.M. module) because a mechanic at John the Muffler Man had already looked at it. They insisted on diagnosing it anyway for $90 and I agreed. I dropped my car off this morning (for my scheduled appointment) and by 1pm, no one had even looked at it. I asked if anyone would be looking at it today and the response was, "probably not." This is completely unacceptable! I live 30 minutes away and this place isn't on a bus line! How was I suppose to get home? If I made an appointment my car should have been taken care of! And to make matters worse, my left side view mirror was taken off! Now, to be fair, I had my side view mirror taped up with gorilla tape. The issue is my mirror was taped up like that for 6 months and it never fell off. I go searching through the lot for my car, because of course the service writers don't know where my car is, and I find my mirror panel and tape on the ground next to my car! It's obvious that someone took the time to peel the tape off of my car. I don't know why in the world someone would do such a petty thing! Is it because I decided not to give this unprofessional place my business?!? Is it because someone won't get their service commission?! I'm not sure, but needless to say I'm HIGHLY upset and I would NEVER recommend this dump to anyone. I wish I could post the pictures of the madness I came back to. I want to rate you all a ZERO!

I drove out to Brookfield from Madison to take advantage of a special trade-in offer from Soerens. Not only did they offer me $1000 more for my trade-in than any other dealership, but they were helpful and friendly along the way. My only complaint is that with the chaos of the construction that's currently going on in their lot, it took them a while to locate and prepare the car I was buying, but the wait was relatively minor with all things considered.

I love the new service area. The service was done well and very timely, they also washed my car! Very kind and helpful staff. The new refreshment area/waiting area is very well done and comfortable.

I had my truck in for warranty work. I ran into an issue with the service, explained my concerns, and they went above and beyond to make things right and I really appreciated it. Their new service center and waiting area is excellent and their courtesy shuttle driver is hilarious.

Their Pandora advertisement is simply the most annoying thing I have ever heard, and I am not exaggerating! Every time it comes on I immediately rip my headphones out and think to myself, I will never shop there! The funny thing is when talking to friends they all agree. I have no idea who their marketing person is that approved their incredibly annoying advertisement, but I personally know a handful of people that have said they would never go there due to this advertisement. If anyone from marketing is reading this, I would highly encourage you to get rid of this ad!

I was shopping for a new car and visited Soerens Ford after dealing with some other dealers. I worked with Adam Thiele. The experience was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, hes very kind and respectful and doesn't get pushy. He makes you feel comfortable and helps you get what you are looking for in your new car. I had pleasant dealings with the Finance department and Service department as well. This was a good car buying experience.
