Working with Tina and Adam, at Soerens was the best. I spec'd out a 2015 F250 with the options I wanted and received faster than they thought it would arrive. Cant thank the Soerens team enough. It was fast and easy.

I purchased a Cheveo Aveo 2007 model and its awesome. I'm perfectly satisfied with the car. I did a trade in to purchase the car and the trade in handling was very good by the representative Adam :) I got this car for a good rate and its running so far so good. No complaints raised so far with my car which is good... I would love to visit the dealership if any plans for next car in future. Thanks Soerens Ford (Capital Drive showroom near brookfield) !!! I would certainly recommend my friends & family to this dealership.

Bought a used car in need or repairs before taking ownership. Car had parts on front end replaced before taking it home. Went in for the final test drive and things were still a concern so they wrote an IOU for additional items to be done. After purchasing the car it took two weeks to get back in before I could have turn signals or the unstable front end realigned. I expressed my concern about the front end feeling uncontrollable on the freeway feeling like I was driving like a drunk person. They said an alignment should do it and I picked up the car after repairs the clunk was still there. The morning of Labor Day I was traveling west over the exit from 894 to 94W towards Brookfield when the car spun out and flew over the curb down the embankment with my 3 year old and 8 month old baby in the car. It was a hard hit underneath and I was concerned so I took my car to a mechanic to evaluate the damages from the accident. Luckily he said there were non other than a cable assembly he tied back up that had been scraped and hanging down, but asked if I had any recent repairs because some things looked newer to him. I told him they had done things at the dealership when buying the car and he asked for the paperwork showing the repairs to verify what he was looking at. He told me that whoever installed the parts on the front end had left a joint or union connected the tie rod which was why the steering clunked when turning the wheel and most likely why we had the accident. I called the dealership to tell the individual I had been working with what the mechanic told me and what happened and he was all sorts of oh my gosh and sorry and so on even telling me that people had been let go from the service department for sloppy/bad repair jobs. He would look into who had done my service, talk to his bosses/managers and get back to me. He asked how much my repairs were and I told him they only charged me labor to tighten things back up. The car now drives like it should and hasn't been better, but it should've been that was from the dealership not from a mechanic after an ACCIDENT. I am so disappointed I didn't have the car checked independently before purchase and the least Soerens could've done was call me back. It's been a week exactly with not even an apology or follow up. If anyone, especially my babies, would've been hurt I would've done much more than write reviews online about my awful experience. I am so lucky and thankful this was just a minor incident that allowed us to get the car fixed properly once and for all.

We bought a used car from Soerens Ford and a week later the check engine light came on. Most dealerships would have told you 'sorry, as-is sale'. Not the case here. They went above and beyond and fixed the problem with the vehicle. We definitely recommend them as a 5 star operation. Great service and great prices. They are now our dealer of choice!

I was shopping for a new car and visited Soerens Ford after dealing with some other dealers. I worked with Adam Thiele. The experience was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, hes very kind and respectful and doesn't get pushy. He makes you feel comfortable and helps you get what you are looking for in your new car. I had pleasant dealings with the Finance department and Service department as well. This was a good car buying experience.

I was shopping for a pickup truck, upgrading from a 2001 SUV. Todd R. was the sales associate, and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions ... and I had many given the upgrade in technology and changing vehicle type. I met the sales manager as well. I found the whole experience enjoyable, and not high pressure at all. I didn't get phone calls, or "deal for only today" types of comments and attitude as in prior experiences in other dealerships. I came to Soerens 1st, and did not give another Ford dealer (some much closer to my house) a chance. Since the purchase, Tina McKandes followed up with me to be sure the whole experience was satisfactory. I've also visited the body shop to take care of a small cosmetic detail after purchase and was met by a very friendly body shop manager who was helpful in every way. I really feel good about the purchase and the entire buying experience with Soerens. Highly recommended.

Went for my welcome to the neighborhood free oil Chang. Made an appointment because last week I didn't have one and they said it would be 30 minutes before they could even get to my vehicle. Waited 30 minutes anyway with an appointment. Walked out. So, I guess what I am saying is no need to make an appointment. Signed, would be customer!

I was looking for a used car online and found one I was really interested in at Soerens. After requesting more information, I was contacted right away by their internet sales manager, Adam. I was able to come in the very next day and check out the car, as well as a few other options (I drove the new Mustang just for fun). Adam treated me like I was an old buddy of his, and I felt comfortable enough to make a purchase on the spot. I will definitely return to Soerens for my next vehicle, and not just because of Adam's gorgeous puppy dog eyes and shiny, golden-brown hair, but also because of the popcorn machine. Oh, and the stellar service; that was great, too.
