While I did not buy a car from Soeren's I felt it totally necessary to write a review. After finding out my car was a total loss, I had to remove my personal items from it. Dean Hoyt, the receptionist, and a gentlemen from the service department helped me get into my car (which was not at all easy and there was a hanger, broom handle and bungee involved in releasing the trunk). Several trips to the dealership to go for some test drives with 2 younger children is no easy feat. However, Dean and the entire staff there made us feel welcome and were AMAZING to work with. In the end, I simply ran out of time and had to purchase a vehicle elsewhere instead of waiting for Dean to find me the perfect car but not for lack of trying on his part! Thank you!!!!

my husband and i went to Soerens after looking at other dealerships in the area. looking for a nice used car in our price range with low mileage. when we drove on to the lot we were checking prices then i saw a car within our price range, i fell love with the car i knew it was meant for me. the gentlemen who came to talk to us was Pete Kraut a very nice person we went on a test drive talked a bit went inside the dealership to finalize the details about the car a 2005 Dodge Neon . we bought the car, the only problem we had was the dead battery,which they towed and replaced the battery for free. I really love the color a Burnt Orange. I would tell everyone about this dealership and the great sales people

Great customer service and the process was very good thanks to the representatives Pete Kraut and Tina McKandes. They ensured that my experience was a great one and they really went above and beyond. I would definitely but another vehicle from this dealership and recommend to others as well.

I had a great and positive experience, during my recent car purchase from Soerens Ford of Brookfield. They helped me to find a right car and within my budget. I did not felt any pressure and all of my questions and curiosity were answered by experience staff. They focus on creating a long term relationship with the customer rather than just selling one car, so we as a customer can always remember them in our future car needs as well. They do not forget you after selling the car. I did still got call from them asking how is my car running and if i am happy with my purchase. This shows how much they care for their customer. I would like to especially thank Mark Schwerm for his help during my purchase and definitely I would recommend Soerens Ford of Brookfield if you are looking to buy a car.

I cannot say enough great things about Soerens Ford. The thing that brought my wife and I to Soerens years ago was the past relationship we had with the best sales person in the car business, John Schultz. We have been dealing with John Schultz since 1986 and have never been disappointed with the whole car buying experience, from start to finish. Since John moved to Soerens years ago, we have purchased 6 vehicles and we have recommended many of our friends to the Soerens dealership. They have also purchased vehicles from them and they have been really happy about their experience and the recommendation we gave them. When we came to Soerens earlier this month it was to look at the new 2016 Fusion. While we were at the dealership we also ended up also looking at a 2010 Explorer to replace our 2009 Explorer. We ended up buying two new vehicles before leaving that day. From the moment you enter the newly remodeled showroom and get greeted by the Soerens employees, you feel at home. Everyone you talk to or walk by say hi to you and they all ask if they can help you out. Mike Walsh, the sales manager, and John Schultz took the time with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured to complete either of the deals. They treat you like family, which is very nice. I will say that has been true every time my wife and I have ever entered their dealership. When we came to pick up both vehicles the following week the closing process was seamless. While John was showing me how all of the new features worked on my new fusion, Mike Walsh worked with my wife on her Explorer and setting up her features. I will come back to Soerens in the future without a second thought because of John Schultz and Mike Walsh and the support people they employ to represent their brand. If anyone is looking for a new or used car, give Soerens Ford a look, you won't be disappointed. You have a very happy customer for life.

Soerens Ford really is the home of the nice guys! Everyone from John Schultz, our sales guy, to the people in the finance department made sure our car buying experience was the best that it possibly could be. John was very personable and knowledgeable about the cars that we were interested in. Once we picked the car we wanted, John guided us thru the entire car buying process with ease. He made sure all of our questions were answered and that no one dropped the ball when helping us. Once all of the papers were signed and the deal was done, John made sure we knew everything about our new car and how to work everything before we left. He also made sure to tell us that we could call him at anytime with any questions that might pop up after we had left the dealership. I highly recommend John Schultz and Soerens Ford!!! The home of the Nice Guys!

I own an Escape and my son bought an Edge when he returned from his tour of duty in Afghanistan. When he was sent to Korea for a year my wife drove his vehicle occasionally while it was in our drive way she liked it. It was time to trade in the Minivan so I began on the internet. The two main dealerships in our area Soerens and another one both responded quickly. Adam Theile at Soerens was our contact at Soerens and he was very helpful in getting us online quotes of actual vehicles before we got to the dealership. He set up an appointment for us with Mark Schwerm. Mark was with another client when we arrived so Tina who wears multi-hats at Soerens stepped in and got the test drives started until Mark had a moment. The test drive in the new style Escape was a hit. While the Edge was good my wife liked how the new smaller style Escape was better suited to her than Edge. The new showroom at Soerens recently opened and it was very comfortable while we waited for Mark. Mark then guided us through the sale process efficiently and effectively pointing out the great trade-in program currently underway plus 60 month free financing. Mark and the staff worked deligently to get us the package we were looking for. The night of the delivery Tina who would be handling the finance and paperwork part for the team contacted us to let us know that if we wait 24 hours we can get an additional $500 off and discount on maintenance package. So we appreciated the heads up. So four days later, we stepped into Soerens to pick up our vehicle. Mark went through the entire vehicle, showing us each the electronics, he set up both our phones and explained how to use them safely while driving. Tina was wonderful helping us through the maze of paperwork. Mark has followed up with us since we left to make sure if there are any issues with vehicle we can get them squared away which there have been none so far. Thanks Soerens for the great service and efficient use of our time with the internet search team led by Adam, sales person Mark and Tina in finance.
