Join us for our next LIVE discussion! Boosting your child's brain health and well-being through electronic games -- featuring Carol Lloyd from GreatSchools.org and experts Jessica Berlinski and Jeremy Richman, Ph.D.

Submit your questions now! If your question is one of the first 5 used live in our Hangout, you'll win a free copy of Zoo U, a social emotional learning game. You can pick whether you'd like the home or school version.

How do we raise emotionally healthy kids in an era of violent media, cyber bullying and children spending upwards of 7 hours a day on screens? Join GreatSchools in a wide ranging conversation about gaming and emotional intelligence with two experts with unique perspectives on how we can help foster compassion in the digital age.

Dr. Jeremy Richman, founder of The Avielle Foundation, is a neuroscientist with extensive research experience in neuroscience and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. After losing his daughter Avielle in the Newtown tragedy, he and his wife formed The Avielle Foundation to prevent violence and build compassion through brain health research, community education, and engagement.

Jessica Berlinski has over a decade of experience leading organizations that develop social and emotional learning programs. As Chief Impact Officer of Personalized Learning Games, she helps students improve social and emotional learning skills through evidence-based video games. Berlinski speaks on teaching emotional intelligence through technology nationally, and her work has been featured on National Public Radio and in Forbes.
