One of the first principles that we teach on live coaching weekends is how to start conversations with women in a fun, light-hearted way and with the lowest possible risk of rejection.
Over the years we have found that, by far and away, the best way to engage with women is to get their opinion about a particular subject. Not only does this make it easier for us to start an interaction, it takes the pressure off her and also allows us to engage her friends at the same time. The last time I checked, engaging attractive women in conversation should be an enjoyable experience, however more often than not we seem to put too much pressure on ourselves to “get it right” and all of a sudden everything seems to gets a little bit too serious.
Over time, I have found that the more relaxed and fun we are feeling, the better our interactions seem to flow. This is of course easier said than done; however, time and again I have discovered the follow three principles help tremendously. When I first started learning how to be more successful with women, it was suggested to me by Gary Gunn to keep a daily journal. At first I was a little sceptical, thinking that keeping a diary is something that 16 year old girls do, not something that 30 something year old men do!
However after some initial research, I discovered that some of the most successful and influential men in history like Thomas Jefferson, Charles Darwin and Winston Churchill all kept a journal… I was sold and decided to give it a go. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/ewjr3085gN4

I’ve noticed that when we are first conversing with women that we often interrupt the natural flow of the conversation. Normally as soon as we are asked a few simple questions, we get flustered and before we know it the conversation turns dry, dull and boring.
I’ve found that a great way to solve this issue is to imagine a conversation with a woman to be like a flowing river – and the wider the banks are to the river then the more attractive we come across. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/LYx030842Br

When I started out under the guidance of Gary Gunn, my first task was to set myself a goal that I wanted to achieve by the end of my training. My personal goal was to be good enough to coach other people and I achieved this within a few days of the target date I set which, quite frankly, blew my mind.
Over the years I’ve read a variety of books about success, with my favourite being biographies from the most successful people who have ever graced the planet. What I have found time and again is that there is one crucial ingredient which is common to them all. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/KZe230840co

I still remember clearly when Gary Gunn advised me to try visualisation for the very first time. It was a Friday afternoon and I proceeded to imagine precisely how I wanted my night to go.
By the end of the evening I was amazed at how accurate my vision turned out to be. I wasn’t nervous to approach women at all. In fact, as per my visualisation, I felt like I had already done it several times already. Over the years I’ve experienced moments of self-doubt and wondered if I really could achieve the goals I’d set myself within the dating arena of my life. So how do we keep up-beat at times when we are feeling disheartened, rejected and on the verge of quitting?
I’ve discovered a secret weapon which helps to keep us motivated, focused and gives us that consistent energy to progress with our life. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/ZdSH3081QwU #GoalSetting #Inspiration #Positivity #OverComingAdversity #Motivation

I sometimes look back at old photos and think to myself “What on earth was I wearing?” I used to wear badly fitting clothes with no character or style, so it’s no wonder that I struggled with confidence back then.
When I made the decision to revamp my appearance, I noticed a dramatic improvement in the dating success I was having, quite simply, I looked and felt a million times better. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/ifu2307XnJ2 #Lifestyle #LifestyleDesign #LifestyleGoals #Conditioning #GoalSetting

I’ve seen it time and again; an interaction looks like it’s going really well and then all of a sudden the energy drops, and before we know it the opportunity has come to an abrupt end.
In a word ….PAINFUL!!
I can’t even begin to explain how often this used to happen to me; looking back it feels like almost every interaction went this way. So what has changed my fortunes?
In a word …MOVEMENT. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/OxRs307XmTG #Conditioning #SocialSkills #Leadership #Learn #SelfDevelopment

I remember a night out I had a few years ago which turned out to be a total disaster. It was all triggered by a single interaction at the start of the night when someone was rude to me and I couldn’t understand why.
The next day, when I had time to reflect, I thought about how I could have handled it differently. As a result the next time a similar situation occurred, I knew exactly what to do. To learn more visit: http://ow.ly/p6PN307Xluf #Grow #Learn #SelfImprovement #SelfDevelopment #PersonalGrowth
