How do I apply for a replacement #SocialSecurity card? You may not actually need to get a replacement card because in most instances,knowing your SSN is what’s most important. However, if you need one, here’s how. https://faq.ssa.gov/link/portal/34011/34019/Article/3755/
You can get an original Social Security card or a replacement card if yours is lost or stolen by following the steps below. You cannot apply for a card online. There is no charge for a Social Security card. This service is free. You will need to: Show the required documents.

If you already have Medicare Part A and did not enroll in Medicare Part B during your initial enrollment period at age 65, you have another chance each year to sign up during a “general enrollment period” from January 1 through March 31.

There’s only one month left.

Complete the form “Application for Enrollment in Medicare - Part B (Medical Insurance)” at
www.cms.gov/Medicare/CMS-Forms/CMS-Forms/CMS-Forms-Items/CMS017339.html and mail or take it to your local Social Security office.
