I've had the pleasure of consulting with Neil on a couple of occasions in this past year. I can honestly tell you that Neil operates on a higher level than most when it comes to social media. Neil taught me more useful stuff in one hour than I'd picked up in a year of online research. He will also give you a working plan so you can get started in getting all your social media ducks lined up. We hired Neil Ferree about a year ago to help us with our SEO. His knowledge in Internet marketing as proven to be very important for our Business. He uses sophisticated SEO tools and marketing strategies and he is constantly innovating and adapting to the changes in the SEO space, especially after the Google Panda update. OK, so I already had a small social presence but felt like i was just chucking noise at the internet with no real road to follow or plan to take with me. I started working with Neil about a month ago. We connected on Google+ and immediately began crafting a plan to optimize my website for local search results. I had been talking to local people in the Boston area about search engine optimization, which I must admit was a relatively new term for me. I had mixed results, and quite frankly nobody I spoke to gave me a sense of comfortableness that I had talking to Neil. He involves you in the process and makes you feel like you are part of the team. As the saying goes Timing is Everything and in this case, the timing was after Ben and I had conducted a couple of Google Hangouts where I could show him live 1-on-1 how to use some of the new SMM tools and apps in his custom content curation + syndication model.

Is Embedding a 5 Star Review on your WP website OK?

Very few people I know are as knowledgeable about Local SEO issues as is +Linda Buquet so I circled back to her Local Search Forum to get the inside scoop on the Do's and Don'ts on embedding a G+ Local Review on my WordPress website.

I was glad to Whitespark Founder +Darren Shaw weigh in on this and confirm there's no risk of a duplicate content penalty in doing so.
