Warm up by practicing dozens of blocks, strikes, through choreographed sequences. Next, using gloves and wraps, punches and kicks are focused on contact with your own heavy bag. Uplifting music with your coach calling the shots to keep you motivated. Focus is on proper technique, spacing, and footwork, as you learn to channel power from your core with a balanced stance. Trainers use pre-designed drills teaching proper footwork, balance, and a sense of spacing in order to develop explosive heavy bag technique- maximizing speed, power, accuracy and super endurance. Your 6 foot, 135 pound heavy bags is guaranteed to bust stress and buff your body quickly. Cool down with core work using MMA floor conditioning drills from shell guard positions.
