The maintenance department here is extraordinary. There are multiple service advisors (Mine was Frank, phenomenal!) to eliminate any chance of making a customer wait. I pulled my car right up to the service desk and they placed a mat down to protect the floor. The ability to make an appointment online and be connected directly with the person who was working on my car (Steve, top notch) made the experience a premium one. After inspecting my car, Steve came out and talked to me about the issues, instead of relaying it to someone at a desk to then relay to me. This place is almost like "Health care for your car." No joke. He even zealously ran back to his bench to grab a tool to show me the difference in the gap in my tires. I'll be coming back.

I recently purchased a new CR-V at Smail Honda Village. My experience was great and I did not feel pressured to purchase until I was ready. We arrived at what I believe was a very fair deal. My salesperson Curt Greek was very knowledgeable about the CR-V and its features and pointed out everything I needed to know. I purchased my last Honda from Smail also and was happy to do business with Curt again. Trevor in finance made the process smooth as well. He had all of my paperwork ready on my arrival and explained it all in detail. Again, I did not feel pressured to purchase any extras that I didn't choose. I highly recommend the staff at Smail Honda Village and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Hello people, I just want you to know that my experience at smail Honda village was exceptional!!! I had gotten screwed by my previous dealer not once but twice!!! Here is a short story about that,I have received a call from star Nissan in gbg awhile ago about trading in my Nissan juke for a new vehicle and the salesman stated that I was on top of there list to get a new Nissan! I told the salesman that I only wanted to go through Nissan finance ONLY!!!!! Well after sitting for 4 hours the salesman chris I believe his name was said that there was nothing he could do! I wanted a new juke and he said it was to expensive for what my price range was so he tried to get me in an marano which turned out to be almost dbl the cost!! Anyway when everything was said and done I had received 10 or 11 bank notices!! I was hell on wheels!!! so when you get a call from star Nissan in gbg and they say that you are garranteed financing ignore the call! I went to smail Honda village in Greensburg and explained my problem to BRAD the salesman that helped me out called me and said the have a new accord waiting for me!!! I about fell over!! not only did BRAD help he got my APR LOWERED! so in closing if you want great custumor service and who will do everything he or she can do go to SMAIL HONDA VILLAGE IN GREENSBURG!!! I should have went there in the very beginning!!!!

Buying a car from Smail Honda is a painless experience. This is my sixth Honda. I traded in my old one, We discussed what I wanted and in a very short time had the car. They were all professional and polite.

Honda Village is my preferred place to take my 2005 Honda Accord EX for maintenance. My favorite service advisor is Dean Smetak. Dean makes sure I have the correct service done and the certified technicians do a great job. I live in Penn Hills and travel all the way to Greensburg because I trust the people there and my Honda is well taken care of. Their work made it possible for my first Honda to reach 150,000 in ten years and I traded in that one for the 2005 Accord that has 110,000 miles and has reliable. Thank everyone at Honda Village in the service area.

I purchased my first CR-V less than 2 weeks ago. I worked with Tony Anthony. He was great to work with. Worked very hard to get me to where I needed to be payment wise. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the vehicles features and helping me with the initial set ups. I would trust Tony with helping my friends and family in their next vehicle purchase. Thanks Tony for being patience with all my questions!!

Like most dealers, they sweet talk you to get the deal but everytime you take it in for service, they find things that need replaced and are not covered under the warranty. Multiple times they have tried to get my wife to replace her brakes and have the rotors turned at 10K miles? Seriously, if the car needed brakes at 10K miles shouldn't Honda be embarrassed that this car needed brakes already? I checked them myself, the pads were at 50% and the rotors were smooth on both sides. Like the Honda, just not the dealers they let represent them. Shameful service tactics.

The no nonsense policy of Honda makes easier and straight forward to purchase a vehicle. Matt, the salesman, was very good on trying to help me understand my choices. The entire Smail staff was cordial and receptive. Thanks so much for the support.
