The hazards of living in your inbox. http://bit.ly/readingwrong
I'm learning how to read all over again. Yes, that sounds ridiculous, but we online junkies need to rethink how to read online content...

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know about an opportunity we have to make a significant difference in the lives of people in need! I support a non-profit organization called Soles4Souls. Their mission is to WEAR OUT POVERTY and they have distributed more than 22 million pairs of shoes in 127 countries, including all 50 US states. On May 5, 2015, they are participating in The Big Payback (a 24-hour online fundraiser). Their goal is to raise $24,000 during those 24 hours. With their model, $24,000 dollars literally means 24,000 lives changed with the gift of shoes! This gift helps them avoid debilitating diseases and enables them to attend school, breaking the cycle of poverty. I’d really like to help them reach their goal! I plan on donating to this worthy cause on May 5, and I hope you will too! Will you help me spread the word by forwarding this email on to your friends and sharing it on social media? You can read more, sign up for reminders, and donate on that day at http://soles4souls.org/ bigpayback#SMB Let’s make a difference together! SMB Smart Marketing, LLC #SMB #Soles4Souls

FAQ: Should I get on every social media marketing platform? No. Even if they are all suited to your business, it is important to have an effective impact for the best ROI. Best to begin with the one or two platforms where you are sure your demographic is present. Once you have well established yourself there and have learned what your followers respond to, then move to the next using similar strategies. http://smbsmartmarketing.com/faq-tips/

Erma Bombeck “When God Created Mothers" When the Good Lord was creating mothers, He was into His sixth day of "overtime" when the angel appeared and said. "You're doing a lot of fiddling around on this one." And God said, "Have you read the specs on this order?" She has to be completely washable, but not plastic. Have 180 moveable parts...all replaceable. Run on black coffee and leftovers. Have a lap that disappears when she stands up. A kiss that can cure anything from a broken leg to a disappointed love affair. And six pairs of hands." The angel shook her head slowly and said. "Six pairs of hands.... no way." It's not the hands that are causing me problems," God remarked, "it's the three pairs of eyes that mothers have to have." That's on the standard model?" asked the angel. God nodded. One pair that sees through closed doors when she asks, 'What are you kids doing in there?' when she already knows. Another here in the back of her head that sees what she shouldn't but what she has to know, and of course the ones here in front that can look at a child when he goofs up and say. 'I understand and I love you' without so much as uttering a word." God," said the angel touching his sleeve gently, "Get some rest tomorrow...." I can't," said God, "I'm so close to creating something so close to myself. Already I have one who heals herself when she is sick...can feed a family of six on one pound of hamburger...and can get a nine year old to stand under a shower." The angel circled the model of a mother very slowly. "It's too soft," she sighed. But tough!" said God excitedly. "You can imagine what this mother can do or endure." Can it think?" Not only can it think, but it can reason and compromise," said the Creator. Finally, the angel bent over and ran her finger across the cheek. There's a leak," she pronounced. "I told You that You were trying to put too much into this model." It's not a leak," said the Lord, "It's a tear." What's it for?" It's for joy, sadness, disappointment, pain, loneliness, and pride." You are a genius, " said the angel. Somberly, God said, "I didn't put it there.” ― Erma Bombeck, When God Created Mothers

East Cobb's Best Kept Secret. You'll never be rushed, you'll always have a laugh, and your hair will be fabulous! Amazing colorists and stylists. They have been in the same location for over 20 years. What amazes me is that even as my hair is growing, I can always style it well. I have never had anyone cut my fine and straight hair as well as Hilde. Don't be fooled by the casual atmosphere - VERY professional and current.

The perfect neighborhood spot, this place is our go-to for a burger - made the way you want it! Very friendly staff and well run. There may always be a line, but not a long wait. Of course, their biscuits are so good, it is tough not to have them even at lunchtime. Our son cannot resist a bacon/egg biscuit and a chocolate muffin. They are famous for their cheese grits, too. Very rich and tasty!

Best fries in town and great burgers, but for this type of meal and atmosphere, the prices are too high. Limited menu.
