We've eaten here 2 times in 3 days and are visiting from Denver (vegan mecca). We are tremendously happy with Slice Of Vegas' vegan menu! The food is TOP NOTCH and our server, Edmond, was the best!

The service was great, but the chicken parm just wasn't up to par. Very disappointing.

The pizza was way too salty. The crust was great. The crust was real crunchy.

We ate here on Thanksgiving 2014. We made a reservation in case they were busy. It didn't seem too busy when we arrived. There were several open tables. We were greeted by the manager who took our order and let us know that our waitress would be around soon, but that she was backed up. That was not a problem, we could certainly understand that. The problem started when the waitress started to assist the two tables next to ours and completely ignored us. She did not introduce herself until after our food had already come even though she'd been around our table many times. It was extremely rude. Once we finished eating I had to track down the manager to get a box and the check because our waitress was no where in sight. The manager kindly boxed up our dishes and said our waitress would be by soon with the check. We had a giggle at that, of course she'd bring the check, because she wants the tip even though she didn't serve us. She brought the check and indicated on the bottom the proper tip percentages. This annoyed me. Had she actually helped us it wouldn't have bothered me, but to ignore us the whole time and then make a notation as to what we should tip, that bothered me. We only had large bills so we waited for her to return to ask for change. We waited, and waited, and waited. We actually saw her come out of the kitchen, make eye contact with us and turned around and ran back into the kitchen. So rude. So I decided to go across the hall to Lush to break a $20. Lush was quite busy so my husband and I joked about what would happen faster: me breaking a $20 at Lush or our waitress coming back. Can you guess which was faster? I came back and my husband said the waitress had been to the other two table and completely ignored him. In frustration I said loudly "Are you freaking kidding me?" and then poof!!! She was there asking if we needed change. We tipped the manager on the side and left her a small tip. We should have stiffed her, but we wouldn't do that. The food was great, but I'm not sure if we'll return due to the horrible waitress we had.

Being a "displaced New Yorker", I've been on a lengthy journey to find pizza that just barely compares to what I've left behind. Local eateries serve up mushy dough and sauce that might as well be ketchup, so when I heard tat Slice of Vegas produces something similar to my east-coast eats, I was highly skeptical. What I did find was a dough that was crispy with that signature char on the bottom, quality mozzarella cheese, and sauce that was comparable to the NY recipe. The pepperoni pie I ordered also wasn't topped with layers of grease, something most places can't seem to do without. If you're looking for a true Manhattan style slice, Slice of Vegas should be your next stop on the train to Pizza Town USA.

Pizza is good but nothing to write home about.
