I have checked our tandem database, booking system, and also the Smart Waiver database, and haven't found anyone who jumped by your name. We do have you guys do the waivers online, however we still need you to fill out the one page affidavit stating that it was you who filled out the waiver online, as well as the United Parachute Technologies waiver for the gear that we jump (also one page) which isn't available online yet.
If there are ever any video issues we work straight with the customer to resolve them or offer to redo the video and skydive, wasn't aware of any issues. I apologize you felt you had a bad experience, we have a very experienced, fun, and professional staff. We have to be organized in order to do the number of tandems that we do per day. We also tell you to plan for 4-5 hours on weekends in case of weather holds, but we usually have you in and out within 2-3, however we cannot jump in unsafe weather conditions so if we need to hold be assured it is for your safety. This is industry standard.
I would not have anyone rude or uncaring working for this company, in fact we have the highest repeat business. If you were so upset with the first experience - you should have let us know when you came back and we would have made it right.
Also it was not a name change. The owner of the old skydiving facility that went out of business...he is no longer here and are a new company/new owner....however we are taking on anyone who prepaid for their skydives with Westside as a good faith gesture - so essentially doing free jumps. I apologize you are so upset and would like to discuss this with you (or whoever actually jumped) more if you want to email us email@example.com thank you.
