4 point reading came out to 10.5%. I was measured in a BodPod at 6.7% the beginning of February, and have been bulking since then, now eating approx 600 calories more a day than I was in Feb. Weight is +5 lbs since Feb BodPod reading. The Skulpt seems pretty accurate, at least from what I was expecting to be and how much of my abs I can see at the moment. My scale consistently reads between 14 and 16% which I know is wrong (it was measuring 13-14% when I was 6.7). I'll try again with the Skuplt in the morning after I've thoroughly voided my bowels, and get a bodpod reading next week to compare against the Skulpt.
In other news, I joined an MMA gym. Today was my second day of 6am Muay Thai. I already have a swollen purple middle toe that I tell people was a manly MMA injury but really I stubbed my bare toe on an iron dumbbell while running to get water.+Summer Lorenzsonn
