A 25-minute AB-SCULPTING workout, JUST FOR YOU! No gym required! :)

Do a quick warm-Up before you start, such as jumping jacks or jogging on the spot.

1. Do these moves, one after the other, for ONE MINUTE EACH. (30 seconds per side for the side plank crunches and oblique crunches)

2. Take a 45-second break, after you've completed the circuit. (Keep
Moving).

3. REPEAT the circuit FOUR MORE TIMES.

4. Do a quick cool down and stretch.
