The Hawx Ultra 100 ski boot for men is Atomic’s lightest alpine ski boot ever made and features forgiving flex and easy customization thanks to its Memory Fit 3D liner. Further highlights include Atomic’s Energy Backbone, an asymmetric support running through the cuff to keep energy transfer to a maximum and a Progressive Shell construction that reinforces key areas while shaving material away where it’s not needed for support and a feathery weight. What kind of socks do you wear skiing?
It may sound trivial, but an incorrect answer to this question definitely exists. See the right answers here: http://ow.ly/Pjqf307jmYh

I recently bought specialized S-works shoes from this store and was helped by a very polite young man and was also helped by 2 other staffs. They did not hesitate to go back and forth and find me my size even though I came at about 20 minutes before closing time. I finishes my purchase at about 15 minutes past their closing time and they reminded me even that there is a buy one get one deal going on. So my cousin was able to get a top of the line helmet for free. Would definitely go back here again Good job guys. Catering with a down to earth attitude in a sport where most stores act so entitled. Thanks again!!

Have visited this place a couple of times - has full product lines on major bike brands and offers reasonable discounts to any last year products. Nice and friendly staff with laid back environment.

great store, lots of gear and selection. good service! would be nice if someone would recognize you and say hello when you arrive at the main entrance, or at the service counter. [ that's just typical of all Canadian retailers.] they should take a page out of the USA retailers.; they always say hello.

I bought my bike from there and had excellent customer service from the sales reps. Nothing but praise there. When you enter the store, the reps will approach you will take the time to tell you about the bikes and answer your questions. I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for the following incident. I ordered a part that not only took over a month to come in, it was the wrong size. That's fine but here's where this place went sour for me. The manager I was dealing with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I showed him the receipt for my order and he failed to acknowledge nor apologize for the error. He said you can force the part in and if it doesn't fit, bring the bike in and they'll put it in for me. I realized there was no talking to this guy so I started to leave. As I was walking out of the store, he asked for my carbon copy of the order form as it was their copy. That's fine so I gave it to him. He took it and aggressively crumpled it up in front of me then walked away. This is probably a case of one bad apple, but that's enough for me.

I've been shopping at Skiis and Biikes for more than 18 years, the staff knows their stuff. I've purchased skis / ski boots/ bikes / and all the gear that goes with them. They are happy to sell you what you need rather than spending more on stuff that you may think you need. Just bought 2 new bikes from them and am still having good experiences with their staff.
Response from the owner - 7 months ago
Hi Wayne, Thanks so much for the positive review and thanks so much for your business. We are always happy to help!

Not the cheapest place to buy a bicycle but good value if you're into cycling. Highly recommend the lifetime tuneup when you purchase a bicycle especially if you ride a lot; this also gives you 10% off cycling gear. Being one of the bigger stores in the GTA, you aren't going to get nickel-and-dimed on every service visit.
Response from the owner - 8 months ago
Thanks for the kind works Tim! Our goal is build a relationship with our customers by offering quality products backed by excellent service. See you in the store soon!

Good selection of bikes and accessories not found elsewhere (trek, specialized, bontrager ). Also very friendly service, staff are very down to earth compared to some of the other stores I've been too. I was in line and a customer was complaining about getting a flat multiple times and was blaming the bike (lol). The staff handled the situation with a great deal of professionalism explaining the importance of proper inflation e and that they check the rim and tire for sharp objects when they replace it .
