And we're back.

All affected sites are now back up and running.

Thanks for your patience.

Update:
The web server maintenance being carried out is still underway. At this point we expect the web servers to be back up and running this evening.

Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and will continue to keep you updated here.

Update:
Some of our clients will currently have their websites down, as a result of the important maintenance being performed.

We will advise here when the affected web servers are back up and running.

Update regarding maintenance of web servers:
Clients can expect their website and website administration to be down from midday Queensland time, for up to 3 hours. Email hosted with us will continue to work normally.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but it is necessary to ensure ongoing stability.

Further important updates will be posted here.

Update: no clients should have experienced any outage today. We expect to have some downtime later tonight/early morning, but will naturally be working to keep this to a minimum.

Hey Folks.
We are doing some unscheduled maintenance on our web servers at present.

At present, no clients have been affected, and we are working to keep any potential down time to a minimum.

We will post here again if there are any important updates.

SiteZero's office is closing down over the holidays. We re-open on the 7th January. If you need assistance in the meantime, send an email to our support peeps.
