The Art of Sacred Facilitation Summit starts tomorrow! I'm excited to announce the Warm-up Ritual!

Before I lead circle, I always set an intention: what do I want to receive from this circle? What do I want the women to receive?

So here's your assignment for the day:
Light a candle.
Set your intention: what do you want to receive from the Summit this week?
Dance your intention.
Bonus: Take a photo of yourself with your candle so we can see your beautiful smile and get to know you better.

As I read through so many of your introductions, one in particular caught my attention. A woman wasn't quite clear on her WHY yet. This is such an important piece of leadership and so I thought: let's all inspire this woman (and everyone in this group) with our WHYs.

What's your WHY for leading circle?

For us as women leaders to move from competition to collaboration, we must CELEBRATE ourselves and one another. In our circle, if one woman wins, we all win. We rise up TOGETHER in sistership.

I'd love to hear from you: what's your unique essence that we can celebrate? What strengths and gifts do you bring to your circle? The more you focus on what makes you unique, the more confidence you have as a leader.

Join us in sacred sister circle where powerful women leaders take off their “business masks” and drop in with raw, vulnerable truth telling and inspired wisdom.

In the heat of the summer, as we feel radiant and energized from the sun, it is the perfect time to activate our inner warrior goddess to find the courage to take a stand for what we believe in and find the confidence to take action.

On this call, you will be inspired by stories of courage and gain clarity on your message so you feel more confident in the stand you take in the world.

Many women lost sight of their brilliance, being told that their voice wasn’t pretty enough or their drawing not good enough. It was better to become a doctor than an actress. Being an artist won’t make any money.

Many women feel shut down in their creativity even though the world aches for more beauty, more art, more women who are alive, vibrant and free.

Have you been dimming your light?

Did you give up your art?

Have you been shut down in your self-expression?

Was it not safe for you to be shiny and brilliant?

If you are ready to reawaken your inner artist and unleash your creativity in the world, come gather with us in virtual circle on May 24.

This month, Sistership Circle has invited four special feminine leaders who have stepped into their creative power to get raw and real about overcoming their fears to express their art.

Each of them will guide you through a short activation ritual or inspire you with their art so that you leave feeling empowered to express your full brilliance in the world.

Here are the Featured Feminine Leaders sharing their stories and artistry:

Christina Dunbar birthed a one-woman shows, discovered rapping and writes spoken word pieces to express her soul.

ALIA is an acclaimed Electronic Music Artist, Founder of "Femvolution™, Producer of the "Feminine Medicine™" Project, Author, and Women’s Mentor.

Ayo Awosika is often described as a "songstress", much more than just a woman who sings and writes songs. She covers the landscape between the classical to the jazz realm.

Jess Grippo started making her own dance videos as a way to get back in her body, and now has made a career out of it.

This is an activation you don’t want to miss! You’ll experience music, movement, singing and spoken word.

We look forward to seeing you there!
