Hi! I'm Phillipa and my mission is to teach you how to change your life when it doesn't seem to 'fit' you anymore using kinesiology. Working from two gorgeous locations in Melbourne, the Health & Wellbeing Centre in Park Orchards and Prana House in Thornbury, I take you on a journey to discover yourself again.

By unlocking the mysteries of the patterns in your life, I show you how you can make valuable choices to transform yourself to be the best you that you can possibly be. I do this using a number of different techniques and knowledge that I have gained over many years, particularly from my International Diploma of Kinesiology and Reiki studies.

If you'd like to know more about me, you can visit my website simplykinesiology.com.au or give me a call. I'd love to have a chat about how together we can make a difference in your life.

A 'Mother of the Year' award I heard about recently really revved me up. Mainly because selflessness was to be rewarded which goes against ALL my teachings... Mum's need to know that caring for themselves is a GOOD thing!!!

Grief. A long, lonely, mostly silent road on the way to finding comfort with loss. Today is the anniversary of my uncle and it has dredged up many emotions about his and my mother's passing. If you're suffering in silence, this is for you. xo

This took me a while to write. With the marriage equality debate, gender equality and cuts to the safe schools program, the message is actually quite timely. If we want equality in this world, it must start in the home. It starts with our children. Accepting them for who they are is crucial. I hope this raises some questions for you.

So many people with sleep issues! AND - more people like me who THINK they don't have sleep issues, but think it's fine to go to bed at 2am as long as they 'make it up later'. Nuh-uh, not so!

Some internet memes really should just disappear and die - the messages are just so... awful. Here's 5 that get my blood boiling...
