Not a big fan of artichokes but this looks so good I might give it another go!

Artichokes are irresistible in the spring, especially stuffed with loads of toasted quinoa, feta and parmesan! Dig into these Toasted Quinoa Stuffed Artichokes!

Tom bought a couple of really old cookbooks last week and I came upon this photo from 1933 (approx.) How cool is it to see what has changed in the years since? #foodphotography

Loving this Dutch pea soup by +Jeanne Horak-Druiff How fantastic does this look? Even when the weather starts to be on the warm side for pea soup.. :)

A lot of people tell me they struggle to shoot soup so I thought I'd share some tips.  Here I made my Dutch split pea soup thicker than usual so as to create some texture on the surface and then added interest with garnishes.  It's lit by a Lowel Ego on the left and a white bounce on the right - and the funky background is a tarnished baking sheet! http://www.cooksister.com/2014/04/dutch-split-pea-soup-erwentensoep-or-snert.html #foodphotography   #foodstyling

I was referred to Kia by a friend who has used his services in the past. I was complaining to her about the lack of service in the Icentre at which point she said to go and check out MacJunky. And am I glad I did! I had already made an appointment for him to come and fix my laptop and my Imac both. I love that he comes over and fixes it on site rather then having to unplug everything and bring it to some repaircenter. In most cases that means having to miss your trusted machine for weeks! Not an option in my book. Kia got my crashed laptop and my slow Imac up and running within one and a half hour. In the meantime giving me valuable tips on how to improve speed and how to best backup all data. So that alone was worth the money. Highly recommended!
