Absolute disgrace all smashed missing parts also the owner selling flatpark furniture as grade 1 and not telling people it's grade 2 you can see from the stickers on the boxes telling you what parts are missing that is dishonest and so out of order the owner should be telling people the truth not trying to make as much money as possible also the waiting is terrible needs sorting out this lot SO SIMON CHARLES AS STILL NOT LEARNED SELLING GRAND 2 FLATPACK AS GRADE 1 TAKING STICKERS OFF THE BOXES TELL HE IS A LIER AND ONLT THINKS ABOUT MONEY

Simon charles is one of the most rude and obnoxious men I've ever met... he decided to block me and my elderly mother in a parking space as he claimed it to be his (no signs saying this was his space) made me late picking my children up from school! Nasty bully!

Rubbish Staff. No help at all. They throw about your product like its nothing and when its damaged they refuse to take any responsibility, everyone seems to think too highly of themselves. no need to get cocky mate

Between buying EMPTY boxes, BROKEN goods and/or wrongly described items, it is hard to get real bargains, but it is possible, all you need is your 6 senses turned on, and lots of luck!!! PS. If you ever have a problem and you think SC employees might resolve it, forget it and don't waste your time, they seem to have clear instructions to be unhelpful.

Hi Mohanad. We monitor all our floor staff in every aspect of their job and they also have codes of conduct to adhere to. If you feel you haven't received a good customer service, then we need to investigate to make sure it doesn't happen again. Please could you get in touch with head office at so that we can see what went wrong? Many thanks

"Never ever" purchase anything from this place based on the description it gives in the auction notes. I purchased a TV in an "internet auction" from here. It was described as having "Good Picture" and "Good sound". I made "online" bids and won this item. I went to collect the item and was aware of previous customer experiences based on what I have read. I went into the collection office and asked could I see the TV, I was told I was not allowed to leave the collection room or I would be put to the back of the queue - great customer service? When the warehouse picker came and took my collection note I asked could I see the TV to check and see it working. I was told "no" and asked to wait at the front of the building in the dark and wet carpark. The picker arrived carrying my tv and it was wrapped in plastic. I asked again could I see the TV working, he said no. I put the TV in my car and went home to discover the tv had a smashed screen. Immediately I went onto the auction website and made a complaint. The next day I rang them and informed them about my tv. They said put this into an email and send it to them. A few days later I had not heard anything from them so I chased them up. Eventually after a few more emails I get an email from "Mick" the warehouse manager suggesting that I should of made them aware of the issue before I left the premises????? He claimed that “Any issues must be reported to a Manager immediately so the matter can be investigated whilst the goods are still on the premises.”. He claimed that the lot was ok when it was checked and lotted and that a refund would not be possible. They claim that there is time before the auction to view items - THIS IS AN INTERNET AUCTION? How are Simon Charles able to advertise items incorrectly in an internet auction, It is not reasonable for the auction house to have knowingly made a statement about the goods in order to persuade me to buy them. Based on my experience with this place, never make a bid on anything because its incorrectly advertised, they offer no type of customer service after money has changed hands, all the items on sale are not fit for purpose. In addition to this, never take part in the internet auctions unless you have seen the items working with your own eyes because the guys writing the descriptions have not seen the items either.

Hi Ali. Sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. Would you mind emailing the management team so we can look into why you were not able to view the items? You can either call 0161 339 9449 or email Many thanks

Cheap, but who knows when you'll be seen or what you'll get.
