In Bari they call orecchiette "strascnat" and make them in a special way. Here's my rendition (with video) http://www.pulcetta.com/2016/01/recipe-orecchiette-handmade-pasta.html #pasta #Italianfood #handmade
strascnat (orecchiette) with crescenza cheese Orecchiette literally means “small ears” (orecchie means ears in Italian). The latter method is the one I showed in my previous posts on orecchiette.1 A video of a woman from Bari making strascnat (the name used in that city for orecchiette)2 revealed ...

Russian cuisine has many "vegetable caviars". The eggplant one is probably the most famous. Here's my version: http://www.pulcetta.com/2016/01/recipe-eggplant-caviar-ikra-caviale-melanzane.html
