I was very pleased with the efficiency Simmons and Fletcher handled my case. Jeannette was understanding and very competent. She kept me informed regularly on the status of my case. I would definitely use them again and would refer them without hesitation! Thank you Simmons and Fletcher!

I contacted Simmons and Fletcher the next evening after the accident and they sent a representative up to the Emergency at Memorial Herman the very next morning. A day later Keith Fletcher met me at STICU at Memorial Herman . We interviewed and went down to look in on my wife . We could not talk to her because she was on a ventilator . After that, the whole case was handled very professionally. Case was settled out of court but was documented to go to trial.

Kenneth, thank you for entrusting us with your family and your recommendations and referrals. It was a pleasure handing your case and getting the opportunity to get to know you better.

I was very pleased with the way Simmons and Fletcher handled my case. My legal assistant was always there for me and my case was settled quickly. I would refer them out to my friends and family!

Not so Christian after all. I would never use Simmons and Fletcher again. They never respond to any emails. They don't keep you informed of the case. They take more than the agreed 1/3. If you agree to work for 1/3 of the settlement, why am I being charged for office supplies and other bs? Shame on them for using Christianity for their Ads. Update 03/12/2015 As another reviewer mentioned, they did not pay all of my medical bills they agreed to pay out of my settlement. I also got sent to collections. If you need a good attorney please look somewhere else.

Jorge, were sorry you feel the need to say these things. We have left you several messages to discuss this but you have not returned our calls. Our contract, that you signed, clearly states that expenses are reimbursed separate and a part from the attorneys fee. We went over this contract with you when you came in. We also negotiated and settled all of your related medical bills that you presented to us upon closing and you signed off on the closing approving of each one that was paid. If some of them are now claiming they did not get paid, please contact us and let us know which ones so that we can address it. We are more than happy to take care of that if you will please return to our calls.

I used Simmons and Fletcher for an auto accident and I have been extremely satisfied with the results they brought me!

they are very bad and probably not christian at all. turned me down and never even spoke to a lawyer. i m disabled legally. you would think that would constitute a callback.
Response from the owner - 2 months ago
When someone calls with a legal matter of a type we do not handle, it is our practice to give them the name and phone number of an attorney who handles that type of case and might be able to help. We were unaware that you wanted a call back from one of us in light of the fact that you were informed we could not be of service.

Congratulations to Christopher Fletcher on obtaining a favorable ruling today on the admissibility of important Google Street View evidence establishing the presence of a defective condition in a business parking lot over a year before it caused an injury. Paul Cannon discovered and obtained the time-dated evidence from Google and Chris got it into evidence. Our attorneys are leading the way in setting new precedent for using current technology as evidence!

Be safe out there everyone.
As the floods slowly recede in Texas, more bodies surface -- many found in vehicles swept away by raging currents.

Channel 2 Investigates requested inspection reports from the FDA dating back to 2009 in the weeks following the Blue Bell ice cream recall. The documents, which the FDA made public on Thursday, show problems observed with precautionary measures in both the Brenham and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, facilities.

Great food and a fun atmosphere. The waitresses dance over the peanut shells on the floor when the right songs come up. Prime rib is tasty too.

Good southern home-style cooking. They have a great little "general store" attached to the restaurant that has some really hard-to-find snacks and drinks. Only place I know to find Sioux City Sarsaparilla!

The Aquarium is like a miniature theme park with a small boardwalk, games, a train, rides and of course, the aquarium. Its not a bad deal for the all day pass if you have kids who like the rides. The train goes through a shark tank which is pretty neat.
