Sigmar has been fantastic to me over the last few months that I have been working with them. My recruiter, Fiona, has been amazing and has been so helpful with every aspect of my time working as a receptionist. She has been so great with communication regarding jobs starting and finishing, my feedback on jobs, feedback about me from employers, just everything, and also so accommodating and understanding when I couldn't take a job when college work clashed. I couldn't recommend her or Sigmar enough to anyone looking for an effective and professional recruitment agency - they have gone above and beyond to make me feel happy while working.

I had heard fantastic things about this agency & so when I first entered the job market they were one of the first recruitment companies I contacted. I met with Daniel Freer. I really cannot say I had a pleasant experience with him. He put me forward for two positions both of which he was really enthusiastic about. I got an interview for one of them, he organized an interview preparation meeting with me the day before it, then cancelled the morning of (via email). It's been two months since the interview, he hasn't returned correspondence to the 3 emails I sent him asking for updates/interview feedback nor has he returned two of my calls. Based off my experiences with him I cannot recommend this agency. He treated me with a complete lack of respect that I haven't encountered with any other Agency within Dublin. If you do reach out to Sigmar - Avoid Daniel.

I would highly recommend Sigmar Recruitment if you are seeking your next great EA role. Sigmar are very professional and keep the lines of communication open during the search and selection process, which cannot be said about all agencies. I have always dealt with Fiona and have found her to be very professional and understanding of my skills and future needs.

I was working with Fiona Joyce over the Winter period. She could not have been more helpful, approachable and positive. I was working with her remotely outside of Dublin and her perseverance and positivity throughout my search gave me great hope and a better outlook on the present job market. Ultimately Dublin was not the location for me however I could not recommend Fiona highly enough and should I choose to relocate to Dublin further down the line I will have no hesitation in contacting her. Thank you Fiona for all your help!

I have dealt with Fiona Joyce in the past few weeks. She has been the most approachable and personable recruitment agent that I have dealt with and really understands what I am seeking from my next job. I can't recommend Sigmar Recruitment highly enough. Fiona is an excellent ambassador for the company.

Fiona was my consultant and I can honestly say she was the best help you could have asked for. She found me work straight away after being abroad for 2 years. I have referred her to lots of friends who all agree she is excellent at what she does. Thank you Fiona

I could not recommended Alan Murphy strongly enough, we had several communications through meetings, phone calls and emails and he was extremely proactive, professional and informative at all times. Hopefully I won't need his services going forward but I will certainly be recommending him to any friends looking for future employment. Thanks again Alan.

Review of Sigmar: My experience with Sigmar was amazing from the beginning, I had a meeting with Fiona Joyce and felt like I was in great hands and that my skills and experience were valued and noted and the perfect job would be found for me. A lot of time and care was given to me by Fiona and I really felt I could trust her to lead my career in the direction I hoped for. I am now as happy as I have ever been in a brilliant job tailored to my needs and skills and I have Fiona to thank for finding it for me and making me feel prepared and confident enough to make my interview a success and secure the job. I would recommend Fiona and Sigmar to anyone who is looking for a caring professional team to help them take the right step for your career.

89% of Irish Employers don't expect change to hiring activity in 2016 as a result of #Brexit
With uncertainty reverberating throughout the EU in the wake of the political meltdown in the UK as the referendum result leading to Brexit continues to cast doubt on Irish, British and European economic stability, it would appear that Irish employers, at least, are pushing uncertainty aside and continuing with their hiring plans into 2017, according to Sigmar Recruitment. The company says that not only is the Irish recruitment industry both stab...
