Hacker Stole 26 Million Email And Home Addresses Of Ticketfly Users: Last week, a hacker took control of the ticket-distribution website Ticketfly, defacing its homepage, and stealing customers’ personal data. The hacker also posted some of the stolen information online, and threatened to post more, but has yet to follow through on his threat.

Chrome now marks all unencrypted websites as ‘not secure’: Google’s Chrome Browser is now listing all unencrypted sites as explicitly “not secure,” beginning with today’s release of Chrome 68. The change applies equally to all HTTP sites, which will now display a “Not Secure” image in the address bar. HTTPS-enabled sites are unaffected by the change.

WPA3 Arrives to Shore Up WiFi Security: Network devices with better security will be hitting the market this year, thanks to Wi-Fi Certified WPA3, which the Wi-Fi Alliance launched Tuesday. The announcement paves the way for the proliferation of devices that support the new, more secure protocol for WiFi communication, which is designed to replace the 14-year-old WPA2.
