The cast and crew of Big Bang Theory staged a surprise flash-mob choreographed dance production to "Call Me Maybe," surprising the show's execs and live audience. It's pretty amazing -- be sure and watch to the end for Sheldon's coda. The Big Bang Theory Flash mob! (Thanks, Fipi Lele!)

Stayed here for a week for a business trip. Didn't care much about the swimming pool or free breakfast. That said, both seemed really popular and crowded. Saw a lot of tourist buses there - they seem to reserve a lot of rooms. Good: * Clean spacious rooms * Comfy bed * Great housekeeping * Quiet * Allow late checkins (I showed up at 1am)

Visited: April 17th 2011 a) Why does the mechanic have to change my seat configuration all the time? I drive a manual transmission and it takes me a couple of weeks of driving to reset it back to its original configuration. Also, I've noticed this a couple of times, but my car seems to have new dings and scratches after each service. I can't blame them because I usually don't take before and after pictures before I drop my car off. b) I'm extremely upset by their sales team. First, they send me a letter saying that they want to buy my car, and when I show up, they're like oh, it works only if I buy a new car from them. It would be better if that was mentioned upfront. When I asked the sales guy to appraise the value of my car anyway, he said that all appraisers had suddenly become busy and that I should come again another day. Excellent. I don't know how these guys sleep at night. Their service department is OK, but their sales team strengthens the typical car-salesman-stereotype: bunch of dishonest, sleazy, aggressive people. I've been a Clay Nissan customer for 3 years now. And after being treated this way, I have decided that I'm done with Clay Nissan. I'm not coming back no matter how many 'free-car-wash-with-new-dings' coupons they send my way. Thanks.

Trip 1: Landed at BOS around midnight on Thursday and had a reservation with SuperShuttle with my flight info and destination: - No representative was around at that time. - Had to wait at the airport for over an hour for shuttle. - Took over an hour to get home (3 miles, cab usually takes 15 minutes) - Driver was reckless and did not wear a seatbelt Trip 2: Ride to BOS scheduled for pickup at 4:30 am - Ride showed up at 4! and called me multiple calls until I was ready. Same thing with other passengers. I felt rushed. In hindsight, taking a cab would have cost an extra $5, but would have been worth it.

Decided to give this local moving company a try after reading great reviews on Yelp. My moving service included 3 men and a 20" truck. The guys were great and greatly reduced the stress involved in moving. My biggest complaint was that they took longer than they could have. I had enough stuff for a 1 bedroom apartment. My new apartment was just 1 block away from the old one in Somerville. If it hadn't been for their smoking breaks, they could have easily done the job in 3 hours instead of 4. Also, they didn't have any other jobs for that day - perhaps that was another reason for them to take it easy? In comparison, another moving company had moved the same amount of stuff from Waltham to Somerville in less than 3 hours .. including travel time! Update 0: I had a conversation with the owners after the move and they promptly addressed my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider them for my next move.

Food is quite decent. Service is super super slow. They might have just one waiter who also happens to be the receptionist, bus boy, and perhaps the chef as well. Maybe they grow the food while you wait?

Rented a compact car for a road trip to Florida from Boston. Booked online on Priceline for a good deal and to save time. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with Budget for the following reasons: * Opened 15 minutes late, both, during pick up and drop off. I didn't even get to see the main person in the office during drop off, as one of the garage workers said he usually shows up 30 minutes to an hour late. * Their cars are pretty old and a big safety risk. The windshield wipers were pretty streaky making it impossible to see in the rain. It was pretty scary when it started raining at night on the interstate. Ended up replacing the car at another location in Charlotte, NC at no extra charge. The replacement car seemed to have really weak headlights which would dim whenever you pressed the brake or turned blinkers or radio on. I wasn't expecting a brand new car, but was expecting something basic that worked. I would avoid renting from Budget at this location.

I bought my 2013 ILX from them but this is a review for their service shop. Overall, I am happy with the quality of work performed, but utterly disappointed by how their shop is run. Couple of examples: * Dropped car off for basic oil change in the morning and was advised to pick it up later that day. Took shuttle to work and came back an hour after the promised time. As they were getting my car ready for pickup, they realized that the technician had left the lights on and the battery was completely dead. Had to wait an hour at the dealership as they were scrambling to fix it. I ended up escalating the issue and got a refund for the service. * Dropped car off for basic oil change in the morning and took shuttle to work. Scheduled shuttle for a pickup at Kendall Square at 4pm. Waited for the shuttle for almost an hour, and no one showed up, despite getting verbal confirmation from the office staff that they will pick me up (called them every 15 minutes while I was waiting). After an hour, furious, I called the office only to find out that they forgot to pick me up. I spoke with the manager and demanded that they deliver my car at home and wave off my service charges. They obliged. This is an Acura dealership - a brand that prides in being detail oriented. These are nothing but trivial solvable issues. They need to get their act together.
