Did you know our labyrinthine gardens are inspired by Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech?

Great stay last May and I completely forgot to write this review. From the doormen to the beach side service we were treated with class and care!!! I have been heading to Miami for 10 years now; its my second home and I rarely stay at the same hotel twice... Typically due to loud neighbors or poor service. However when an extremely loud group of people checked in next to us, the manager kindly moved us to another room. I know most don't go to Miami for peace and quiet but I do... It's my get away. I plan to stay there again this weekend... Unfortunately I lost the managers card hopefully someone will reach out - she said call her anytime I'm heading to Miami!

The hotel is fabulous. The rooms are clean and bright. The staffs are friendly, polite, and so much helpful. The hotel is located near Lincoln avenue and major bars and restaurants.

My girlfriend and I just got back from Miami and we stayed at the Shore Club during that time. The service we received there was excellent. We've stayed at a number of other places in Miami Beach and not received the same quality and comfort. Our room was gigantic witha 40-50 foot balcony with a partial view of the ocean and a great view of downtown miami. We had a giant bathtub with jacuzzi jets and a mexican stone shower. We went to the beach several days and were given free chairs and towels because we were staying at the hotel. We've stayed at other places were 2 chairs and towels can cost as much as $50 per day. We wanted to stay an extra day and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating and kind and found the best room at a great rate for us. When we go back to Miami in the near future, we'll definitely be staying there.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a hotel before. The Shore Club has nothing on the Ramada Inn! Not only did they fail to deliver us a cot, which we had requested, but they also charged us for it. On top of that, we paid over $7,000 for a "secure" beach house that was anything but secure. It's a free-for-all at the Shore Club, so do NOT leave your valuables unattended at this horrible place. Not to mention, it's very underwhelming compared to the other places that I visited while in Miami. The place is completely dated and not worth the stay.

Worst experience ever. I slipped and fell on an unmarked wet area In the spa. The room was sparsely furnished with broken furniture that led to a 2nd fall. To top if off the room had a live cockaroach in it.

I went there for a massage, 1-My Masseuse was Anna, poor massage and customer skills. The spa, the massage, and the staff , thumb down, except Natalia in the spa-front-desk, very nice. 2-Spa doesnt have any amenities like sauna, steam, etc. This should be mentioned. 3-Pool service very poor. Massage cost = $155 ($41 forced tip + 99 Massage + $15 valet parking), for this price I expected more.

DO NOT GO HERE... Our hotel room was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen. The hotel offered no sympathy or reimbursement. We requested to review the surveillance cameras and they did not let us. This is the worst display of customer service I have ever seen. You would think that after shelling out $7,100.00 for our overpriced hotel rooms they would have offered some sort of security... At the Shore Club you are surrounded by scumbags. Scumbags that work there and scumbags that are off the street that just walk right in to hang out at the pool.

This place is like a fairy tale! The decorations are very modern, especially when you go out to the pool like in between they have these hanging things that are metallic but not really and they light up at night. Right before the pool is a lounge that you can hang out at that has hammocks and love seats and sofas and duvays you can sit on and have a drink. The service at the lounge is so so depending on what time of day or night you go there. Nobu inside this hotel has hands down the best sushi I have had in Miami (with one exception Katsuya which is like 2 blocks down on collins). The rooms are great but a bit tight depending on what type of room you got. The club inside this hotel is the Red Room and it is ok; it was not busy when I went and there are definitely better clubs in Miami but it had a good dj and a great bartender. The main reason to go to this place is the pool parties! On the weekends this pool has a DJ start at 1pm and on Sundays is when everyone goes there (Saturday arent bad as well). It is like a huge party and better than any club you can go to; plus they have poolside service for certain foods and all drinks! You have to reserve cabanas but the lounge chairs are first come first for hotel guests so just come there and grab a couple pool chairs before 10pm and have your friends come by! Overall a great hotel, but it can get a bit pricey so watch what you order.
