Cancer Risk Goes Up The More Years You Are Overweight!

According to recent research, the longer a woman is overweight, the higher her risk of developing breast, endometrial, colon or kidney cancer becomes.
"As your weight GOES UP, your risk of CANCER goes up as well!
It's not a coincidence, we have more obese and overweight children than EVER in history and when you're carrying this excess weight (and excess estrogen) for many years, if not decades, you're at a significantly heightened risk of cancer as an adult.
Obesity is also associated with elevated inflammation levels in your body, which can contribute to cancer growth (and one of the top CAUSES of ALL disease).
This is another reason why a KETOGENIC diet and Intermittent fasting works so well against cancer, because it drives your inflammation down to almost nothing.
Solutions to decrease weight and decrease your Cancer risk:
1. IF fasting (eat ONLY between a set amount of time and fast for at least 16 hours per day- eat between 11am-7pm and fast from 7pm-11am)
2. Ketogenic diet (80% healthy fats, 15% healthy proteins, 5% carbohydrates) I also add in exogenous ketones to keep my ketone levels higher all day.
