Spicy Deep-fried Garoupa Fillet with Assorted Fruit Cubes.
An interesting pairing of fresh fruit with deep-fried fish! Fruit is a common element in Thai cuisine; its natural sweetness compliments dishes very well. Sheraton Grand Taipei SUKHOTHAI Chef Sillapakit creatively fuses Taiwan local produce, such as guava, apple, dragon fruit, pineapple and grapefruit, and tops them on deep-fried Garoupa fillet. Finishing off with coconut sugar and fish sauce reduction and dried chilies, the dish offers a fresh tasting experience!
