I expected more from Google+. A few days ago, I reported the person who is using the photo of my long time friend and colleague as their own on their Google+ profile. My friend, Sue, also reported this to Google and the burden of proving who she was what put on her. She's proven her identity as much as she can and Google is asking for documentation she doesn't have. Meanwhile, the bogus account with her photo continues to exist. How could Google support do absolutely nothing about this?? This feels a lot like the kind of crap I've experienced with administering pages on Facebook - just a circle of time wasting non-solutions.
I would have saved this rant and replied to Sue's original post, but the comments were disabled.
