When something captures your attention enough to put your world on pause, you are seeing through eyes much bigger than your own. Thank you, +Anna Ryndak

A lovely pair. I've spent a lot of time with ducks, +sandy vetter. Even though we've never spoken, we've had some magnificent conversations...

Cancer Survivorship: Shifting from Patient to Person

Register at http://www.FindYourNewNormal.com/liveevent/

Join +Dave Williams and +Sheila Shuster as they explore what happens to patients once they complete their treatment program.

- What do cancer patients experience upon re-entry to their old routines and struggle to Find Their New Normal?
- How can caregivers provide meaningful support to cancer survivors in the next phase of their journey?
-What can survivors do to take the lead in their own physical & emotional healing? How can they shift from sitting in the passenger seat to becoming calm, powerful and enthusiastic drivers of their lives?

I was clearing the snow from my car roof Saturday, when I heard them. It would have been impossible not to hear them - a cacophony of cackling. My arms stopped moving. I slowly turned and gazed toward the water. And waited. They appeared...in a mass I had never experienced before. Hundreds and hundreds of white wings and open beaks, gliding together as if they were one. It took my breath away. They swooped down toward the lake and rose up again. As one. Graceful. Boisterous. Staggering. And then they were gone. Thank you, Spring.

You pay WAY too much attention to the details, my friend. ;-) Live, I say! :-)

I have a white hair. Why? Is stress getting to me that much?

Ugh!

When I started having some white hair my wife would pull them out to show me. I finally had to tell her that I would rather have white hair than no hair at all.

When it feels like there are just too many things - tasks, responsibilities, goals, thoughts... take a moment to remember the bigger picture.
