Good luck in whatever you do. I first heard you on Joe Rogan's podcast and have listened to each one of them. You're one of the few who dares seek what is true, whatever it is. And however it makes you feel. Whether good or bad, your pursuit is what is important. I wish there were more people thinking this way, in all areas of life, but the media especially.

Thank you for the info! Here in Tochigi we have a famous "Lemon Milk Ice" (maybe you've seen it in the combinis) and I noticed on their label it says it uses both 10% real lemon juice, as well as 0% juice" That always confused/amused me.

I don't really eat ice cream much anymore. But if/when I do, I consider it a junk snack anyway, so it really doesn't matter which one I buy I guess.

I love craft beer but hate hipsters. Imagine my dismay when I found this out...Fuck it. I'm still drinking craft beer because I just like it.

Nice change to the channel, Tyson. I hope you do more about Japan as well (perhaps another channel if it warrants it). But I'm glad to see you're set on helping those with addictions. I heard some recent podcasts you might be interested in on the topic. Tim Ferriss had Dr. James Fadiman on and they talked about addictions, micro-dosing, ibogaine and more. It deals more with drug or alcohol addiction, but his approach in getting patients off addiction and his attitude towards addiction are somewhat similar to yours. Also, Rick Doblin from MAPS was on the Duncan Trussell podcast discussing the role of psychedelics in treating addiction or PTSD and Depression. Also worth a listen.

Looking forward to future videos. Thank you for providing this service to those who benefit from it.

+Shea Roberts Thanks Shea! I really appreciate the links and I will check those podcasts out. I will focus more on simple addictions first but that could be a natural progression in the future!

It's everywhere in Tochigi, but I have only seen it one time in Tokyo. I think it might just be a local food. If you ever visit Tochigi, it makes good omiyage.

Hi, Shea. Thanks for uploading these videos. I like how informative you are and this helps me understand what i need to do to prepare for my own journey to Japan some day. i have one question if you wouldn't mind answering. How difficult would it be as a U.S citizen with a B.A to find an English teaching job in Tokyo if they saved up funds and only only had a 2 month window once there.

Great advice! This is a good method for anyone when starting out. You never get better unless you do the work. You can't be good right off of the bat (unless genetics comes into play). But for most who are just starting out, just do the work, reflect on it, perhaps even get advice, and then keep on doing it.

That sounds like a good strategy Shea. Consistently getting better through a cycle of action, reflection, feedback, and more action
