The Boolgoki is absolutely tasty and reminds me of my time in South Korea so that particular dish gets a five star. The only reason for the four star is due to my extreme disappointment in their Teriyaki Chicken. Not only was the taste off but the taste got worse when trying to eat the leftovers. As a Teriyaki Chicken lover I cannot honestly recommend it from here! They have a deal on Mondays where the Boolgoki Bowl is only $4.95, can't beat that!

I can only speak from a VERY limited perspective in regards to this place. 1) I only order eggs wrapped in a tortilla (nothing else in it) and 2) I only stop by this place at the same time of the day which usually means I deal with the same staff. Because of this the manager actually knows me based on my voice and what I order alone. He greets me the minute I order from the speaker, is friendly, and quick with my order each time. This particular manager is on late night and he's very professional & friendly. I can't speak for the other staff throughout the day or the other food as I don't eat anything else off the menu!

Well interesting place. I like the downtown location with the opening on the upper floor to look outside. I also liked the cheap drink specials $4 Jaeger Bomb that's actually strong is unheard of in Phoenix. The average that I've paid for weak J Bombs is usually $8-$9 The problem with this place is that it's overly Hispanic so if you're not a Hispanic Male/Female you'll more than likely feel out of place. Unfortunately the music upstairs for 21+ on Saturdays is Electronic, Latin, and Pop while the completely underused downstairs 18+ plays the good club music. The downstairs is pretty much used by folks just sitting around (given the lack of alcohol of course for the 18-20) so despite the good music there's no energy on that floor. To be over 21 I'd assume you would feel out of place hanging out down there around the kiddies just to hear the good music. I know I couldn't so I just left! To each their own!

This was my first and will be my last time ever dealing with a "ran from home" business. I didn't realize that this business was ran from inside someone's garage until it was too late! The people themselves are friendly and at first everything was decent. Upon my return to pick up my merchandise the possible problem with a business located in a home began to show. You'd think that a customer who is coming to pick up merchandise would take priority but boy was I wrong. The first problem is the setting...being in an open garage with flies buzzing, a dog walking about, and a woman smoking nearby is not quite something I can say builds my confidence with continuing any future business with a place. Secondly, I literally waited five to ten minutes because the only person that could even help me (the smoking lady, and the business partner were apparently useless) decided it was more a priority to be wrapped up on the phone with a non-important / non-transaction conversation that was obviously dragging on. For some reason this guy couldn't seem to bring upon himself to simply place the caller on hold. Instead after having me wait forever he finally told the person he had to go. After this the guy decides to tell me to wait FURTHER as he decides that it's time to finally crank on the air conditioner, something that could've waited til after I left given the wait I already suffered. Next, the genius decides after handing me my merchandise (but before completely finishing the transaction) that it was then the best time to cut his dog's fingernails with the smoking lady (I assume his wife, girlfriend, or relative). So now I'm sitting here waiting on something that could've been taken care of before I arrived or at ANY time after I left. After making sure the dog was good to go he finally decided to inform me that he believes that he has taken care of everything that needed to be taken care of and that I was good to go as he made clumsy attempts to file away the transaction paperwork. So in the end a transaction that could've taken less than three minutes turned into fifteen to twenty because the genius clearly has no clue how to deal with customer service and what takes priority in a BUSINESS. You may be in the comforts of your home which is nice for YOU but if you want to have satisfied customers...treating them like a friend who's over to hangout is not the way to go. I won't use this business ever again and don't suggest anyone who is about getting business taken care of bother with this place. Now if you're about shooting the breeze or being low on the priority list to things such as phone calls and dogs then have at it.

So had my first tubing experience in life and it was here. The place itself is great for the goal of tubing down the river but I have a couple of gripes or cautionary tales. The first one is the somewhat rip off deal of paying full price only to be dropped off without warning at the halfway point. If you're not allowing renters and/or bus travellers the ability to partake of the WHOLE river then 1) There should only be a half price or at least discounted charge 2) There should be forewarning way ahead of abruptly being dropped off and told to get off. The next problem I had was with the bus driver (besides not telling us we were only get taking to the halfway point which I blame her and the staff back at the loading area). When it was time to be abruptly thrown off the lady began to rush us to get our gear (not easy when you're dealing with inflatables trying to get through a narrow bus door. Maybe they should allow folks to toss huge medium sized inflatables out the back door? Anyhow in her hurry she snatched our boat (what we were going to use to carry our gear) out of the door and tossed it out causing a gash to immediately deflate it and render it useless. Of course she didn't own up to the event whatsoever but instead feigned cluelessness to how a just previously inflated boat all of a sudden received a gash upon YOUR handling of it out the door! *Caution: Do handle your own stuff out of the door, do not let them put their hands on it. Be prepared to pay full price only to be surprised that you can only do half the river Do bring something to paddle with...lord knows the currents can take you at times You'd have a better time with inflatable rafts versus tubes IMHO! Prepare to have things thrown at you from other groups all in good fun!

For the price this gym is pretty good and for folks in Peoria it's in a nice location! The pricing system is pretty decent with the deal of paying $120 upfront and $10 a month or just paying $20 a month...no contract on either. The size of the gym itself is alright but it does suffer on the weightlifting side of the house given the limited machines. The only stuff they have more than ONE of is the regular bench press and universal machines. EVERYTHING is limited to ONE so there can be many times where you find yourself waiting for the person who takes thirty minutes on one machine. Besides this the gym does have nice "sections" such as the ladies only mini gym, a massage/therapy area, the cardio section with treadmills, crosswalks, etc. galore, a couple of aerobic areas, and even a small daycare center. The restroom (at least male side) is very clean and well kept but the gym only has fans blowing throughout (no air conditioning and only half the fans are actually on)! I don't care for whatever brand they decided to use for the bench press benches (especially for the decline) but other than that a good gym!

I can't comment truly on the quality as of yet as it's a new tint job 06/23/12 but from the looks of it I'd say the quality of the work is good! I'm here to comment more so about the horrid service from this place. First...DO NOT....DO NOT take the word of the salesman period in regards to the estimated wait time or what position you are in line. IF you are going to deal with these guys then do appointment only (even then I don't know how well things will go for you)! I can only speak about their tint service and not their audio/video installation services. Unfortunately I didn't find out til the end of the day that they only had ONE tint specialist working all the cars that came in today (WTF???)! The problem I have is that I was informed first over the phone that my wait time would be two hours...when I got to the shop I again was informed that I only had one car ahead of me so the time would be two hours. Somehow between then and coming back I was told that there was yet another car ahead of me. Then it became, "sorry man we are backed up bad today"! In the end the TRUTH was I was the LAST car to be done for that day getting me out of there at 8pm when I dropped my car off to them at 3PM I understand needing to make sales....badly lying to make that sale...shame on you. There WON'T be a second time (shame on me) I'll take my money elsewhere! First impressions are a lasting one. Customer service here is poor; I suggest finding some better PROFESSIONALS to get you going probably for all your car needs!
