Images from my favorite road in the country. Route 66 once carried travelers from Chicago, IL to Santa Monica, CA and today despite the governments decommission of the road in the 70 it is still loved by those who enjoy really seeing the country. The route has become a reminder of a simpler way of life, scattered along the miles of sometimes dirt roads are pieces of Americana. This gallery has prints and other items for sale with some of my fav...

I kicked breast cancer's ass!!! Have lived with a disability from the time I was hit by a drunk at 17, the two have shown me that life is too short to not do what you love and be with people that make you happy. I have an AAS in Photography along with a certificate in Woman's Studies.

When things started to thaw out this spring we found water in our unit. We were told it was from the thaw we had and that it should dry out. We had all our items on pallets as they recommend. As the thaw stopped and the rain started the water kept coming in, then as it dried out the water kept coming. At this point our items were molded, whole pallets are molded and the mold has grown up items. Boxes we opened were damp inside and items smelled of mildew and mold. We started cleaning out the locker and getting images for insurance. The locker next to us is still leaking, it has something running in it and there is water outside the unit and inside our unit again. The management has given my husband the run around all month about what is going on. We paid for the month and our items are still being damaged. I will never send friends or family to Public Storage again.
