I'm in the mobile spa industry. So I cater to a lot at this hotel. Service was amazing and loved that on a hot day while I waited for my car valet offered me a bottle of water and if all went ok getting up to my room. Very well done guys. Keep up the good vibes 💜

I have to say the service in the hotel is fantastic. I dealt with a great young gentlemen. I think his name was Eddie. He not only had my car ready when I asked but cooled down with the AC on and a bottle of water for my journey home. Eddie I wish you the best ! Warm Regards, Nigel

My favorite hotel in Toronto. It's luxurious, the spa is fantastic, and it's beautiful from top to bottom, with a fantastic lobby that feels like you've left the city, but the best thing about the Shangri-La Hotel is the staff, who are wonderfully welcoming and professional.

Was in the museum room for a corporate party. Amazing staff and great food! Great atmosphere and huge windows looking over university. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with stellar service and rooms that technically kick ass. I never wanted to leave. Ritz was awful in service and decor. The Toronto Ritz really should be a Marriot, but needs to re-train staff. Four Seasons was very good too, esp the location, but Shangri-La outdid the Four Seasons in service and room amenities.
