I am always keeping watch on the sky asking myself what display of light will there be tonight? Some nights, like last night, there is an awesome reward.

Last week in South Florida we had a Storm that Rolled in hard, looked real scary and left a spectacular sky in its aftermath.  It was the first time I had an alert come over my phone from the national weather service....TORNADO WARNING TAKE COVER NOW.

Adobe Lightroom Mobile is here! Preliminary tests (all night) show a solid offering from Adobe. Adobe Creative Cloud members will be able to transfer images between iPad and Computer. Process your images on the iPad with tools from the Develop Module's Basic Panel....then sync those adjustments with the image on your computer. This could be a solution for Travel Photographers that want to edit pictures on the road...even RAW files.

Photographer, Workshop Instructor, Social Media Manager, Photoshelter is my friend,
I have 20 years of experience working as a Photographer, shooting both Commercial and Editorial assignments.  Recently I've made the move into the Fine Art arena with my Landscapes.

Nature, Travel and Conservation are what I specialize in.  South Florida is my current location but Seattle will always be home.

Feeding my passion for teaching I'm now an instructor at the Palm Beach Photographic Centre

I've shot in 48 of the 50 states....but those other 2 they call to me!

Phone:    206-633-0088

Training:  Mason Gross School of the Arts in Fine Art Photography.

Art Institute of Seattle in Multimedia Production.

Some of my clients include:

The History Channel:  The Great Race.  "30's era rally cars racing across the Western US.  Not something you see everyday!"

REI:  "When an area close to Seattle was on the fast track for development I was honored to help REI preserve a unique part of the area as park space.  For future residents and generations to enjoy."

The X-Files.  "The X-Files Video Game"  "This was my first gig right out of Art School.  Talk about hitting the ground running.  A live action game.  I shot the cast and clues  as part of the FBI's crime data base.  Also I ended up as the stand in for the main character,  this became a huge learning experience as I got to witness a top DP and crew build and light shots.....and I had a trailer!"
Bragging rights
I once had a Wolf bite my lens hood, with the teeth marks to show for it.
