I love how people around me are just now figuring out that Wikipedia isn't always reliable.

If you live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, you know that as of 02/01/2014, there is a toll to drive through the downtown and mid-town tunnels. Here is a news article from Wavy 10 News explaining the placement of the E-ZPass transponder, costs and more.

Personally I'm a bit confused about placement of the E-ZPass. The instructions that come with it say 1/2" from the roof, behind your mirror. For me that would be the shaded area behind the mirror. This article is saying 1/2" from the shaded area and 1/2" to the right of the mirror. This puts the transponder a foot below the roof line. What?? I guess I'll find out which is correct If I get that $40 bill from driving through the tunnel for a week.

As an FYI, check for E-ZPass Customer Care Center locations if you need new Velcro. They should be provided for free last time I checked. It's advised that the tape only be used once. If you change cars or find you've placed the transponder in the wrong location, you may need more Velcro. I've already removed mine from the window 2 times and I cannot get it to stick again. Amazon has them for under $3 if you're willing to wait a few days.

My family has bought 4 new cars in the last 5 years from this place. Three of them from the same guy. A 2008 Accord, and two 2011 CR-V's. The 4th one, a 2014 Pilot purchased on 12/20 (merry Christmas to me!), total spur of the moment weakness and I got the new guy. Gary was very nice and polite. I even got to meet his father who works there. When I told him my previous experience with Anthony, he asked if I wanted to buy a car from him instead. I loved that I was given the choice. I did wish Gary was able to stay long enough to finish the sale. Josh helped to wrap things up but he was busy with another customer and I got rushed out the door but did take the time to answer my questions. I always get quality service. I'm treated with respect. When buying my car, it goes pretty quickly. 3 1/2 hours of waiting for paper work and the car was mine. Communication can be a little confusing though, I received conflicting information from multiple sources and didn't get a call back as promised to clarify. The finance guy spoke like a leprechaun to make me smile and was able to clearly explain the break down in cost. For a moment I thought I was over paying when in fact I got an AMAZING deal. Anthony, the sales guy I bought my previous 3 cars from said hi and remembered me. Other sales guys on the floor recognized me and said I should get a job with them. The service department, I'm trying very hard to get my paint touched up, but there seems to be only 1 guy who fixes paint and puts the Priority stickers on the cars and he doesn't even work for Priority. Lack of communication, no return phone calls, 2 pointless trips back to dealer and no result. However, I ended up talking to 3 guys at the same time in the service area, Louis Vu being one of them, and was able to set me up with an appointment. Hopefully it doesn't rain tomorrow and I can get my paint fixed. This mystery paint/sticker guy works 2 days a week and only first thing in the morning. Good luck trying to get a hold of him! I know I'm keeping my fingers crossed. So my only complaint would be lack of communication. However, if you are nice, understanding and persistent and proactive about getting the service you need, you will have a wonderful experience. At least that's how it's worked out for me.

The hygienist and dentist I see every time I go are amazing. They are friendly, they take the time to say hi, listen to my stories and address all of my concerns. Everything is documented so when I walk into the exam room, they can recall exactly what happened during our last visit. I would hate to go anywhere else.
